Guess it's time to find a new realtor

just keep on moving forward,there is a realtor out there willing to work with you.I was lucky & found one rite away.My biggest obstical is finding buyers,I sent out 27 letters to cash byyers last thursday,no calls yet.Last night I put out bantit signs around a realestate auction thats happening today.If we keep working towards our goals it will happen.

but you have more experience than I. I think I just found a realtor and she knows what we are doing and is on board. Can't tell you how much she is different from my old realtor. Guess just keep looking! Best Wishes Lenee!

I found great REA at the REI meetings-they are also investors which I think is key--you can also talk to other investors and ask who they use

@Matt B- great way to attrack buyers that are attending the auction- you should also attend and network with the buyers and let them know you can get them BETTER deals than they buying at the auction

This really wasn't an issue until recently I thought we were a good match...which I didn't have any problems until now. And I guess its still not a huge problem, but I potentially missed out on two deals due to him not following up.

I am SO glad you found a realtor that works for you! Things should start flowing alot more smoothly. Seems as though I may be starting over :0

Thanks for the advice! I thought about that a while ago, but never had the chance to act on it as I usually get off work WAY after the meetings start. As soon as I go on maternity leave, I will be attending all the meetings I can.

Find an agent who is full time real estate agent. Agents with part time jobs or other full time jobs may not have enough time to keep sending you listings or representing you the way it should be. Agents who are involved in Real Estate Investor club meetings are most likely friendly to investors. If the agent is involved in dealing with REOs, Short Sales, BPOs you have found a PLUS agent who understands the system, the RE economy, and most likely works with investors all the time.

It looks like it just may take going through a few to get the right one.I had that same problem , they would e-mail me about a week later. So I dumped them.I finally found the right agent, if 2 days goes by she will contact me and make sure Im doing OK. Usually we talk everyday, wish you could use her also. lol
Try not to get to frustrated , it will all fall into place.

I put out bandit signs last night around a house that was going to be auctioned off today,Ive had 5 calls so far 2 ready to buy now 1 caller is looking to buy for himself 1 is a homebuilder in town & 1 calling for her husbund who works for a invester(she did not know the investers #) so I told her to pass my # on to invester.Bandit signs work great! More will be going out this weekend around busy intersections.

that you are looking for an agent who you can have a long-term relationship with. Agents get used and will love to know that you are going to stick around for more than 1 deal
