Edge 2011

Edge 2011

Hi-

I am new at this. I bought '30 Days to Real Estate Cash'. I also bought 'Edge 2011'. I just got through it after two days at my computer watching the CD's. I am a little disappointed for what I paid. I guess I expected offer forms and such. I guess I was looking for more of a study program. Don't get me wrong, I learned some stuff, but for $600, I feel a little shorted. Everything seems to lean to the large amount of money I have to spend on the Success Academy.

I am not giving up, I will keep going, but I don't feel I am seeing a clearer picture from the book to the CD course.

You know the old saying "You get what you pay for". The Success Academy is the greatest. If you do the online training and TAKE THE ACTION STEPS that accompany each lesson there is no way to fail. Is it easy?? You can guess the answer to that. Can you get all the money back by doing deals? YES. Don't miss the forest for all the trees in the way. Does or can a pilot, auto mechanic, cashier at Wal-Mart learn their profession from 12 hours worth of DVDs and a book? After the training they have to actually try and apply what they learn. They all learn much more by training on the job(taking action)

Good luck!

Hi Bob

Hi Bob,

Welcome to DG . com! I also bought the book 30 Days to Real Estate Cash and there is an entire Forum Thread on it that I think, in and of itself, is kind of like a study program - with DGers posting and sharing their experiences, what they know, and what they have done, it is a long thread, but I think it's worth reading (I don't know if you've seen it, but, I'm sharing the link below:

http://www.deangraziosi.com/real-estate-forums/everything-else/86517/30-...

I don't know about the Edge 2011 CD's but I think that the book "30 Days to RE Cash" is kind of connected to the program that they sold in August last year (?) not sure, that's called "Rock Bottom Blue Print". (Other DGers, please correct me if I'm wrong) Smiling

For the "offer forms" you can find them on the Menu on the Left, Under Student Resources.

Good luck and happy investing!

Cris

Bob

the Success Academy is actually a study program, with online lessons for you to work at your own pace, and you have phone access to coaches for any questions that you may have regarding any deals you may be considering.

It is costly, but if you get 5 deals done within 12 months of enrolling, you will get your money back, every cent of it-compliments of DG.

the 30 Days to RE Cash is for Wholesaling only, but if you are considering other strategies, you may want to read DG's other books (Profit from Real Estate Right Now (my preferred one), and Your Town, Your Real Estate)

Wishing you success,

The Edge 2011, Success Academy, Books and Forms

Hi Bob, sorry....

Would it help make you feel better about the Edge expense if I said:
- I was at the Edge last year-- and it was a REAL STRETCH for me to go

- I bought the RBBP program

- I did he Success Academy as well (whoa! worth every penny, but a real stretch, I'm sure I'm still paying for it -), but really that is what got me head down doing deals after two years studying on my own

- I recall all the forms, docs and marketing examples being included with the RBBP-- nice and tidy, does that help?

- Also, being at The Edge last year was so informative because the little things, the details, the nuances of the deal were discussed in Q&A, and so helpful! Plus the guest speakers; the Lifestyle items were and are so helpful.
Then the different strategies that show us the creative deals are quite endless.

I am sorry you don't feel quite as though you got your money's worth, but maybe if you listen to some of CD's a second time they will be useful as a reference tool. I still go back my notes now and then.

The Edge 2011, Success Academy

Thanks EVERYONE for your comments...

I have listened to Edge 2011 several times. Yes, there is a few things that wasn't in the book, "30 Days to Fast Cash." At the same time, I think was the extra information worth $600? I still think, No. I still feel I could've used my very scarce finances toward better training, or saving it towards the Academy.

I have asked for a refund with no reply, which doesn't make me feel too good. My thinking, is get back to me and say yes or no. But I have gotten no response. I have an uneasy feeling about that.

I love this site, don't get me wrong, and I will not give up on being successful at this. I just think this particular product was not for me, at least for the money it cost me.

The package is in perfect condition, and ready to send back, I just need a reply, and address to send it back.

Sincerely,
Bob

No reply when it comes to returns

Bob, i also called regarding returning a product which I feel was not for me and I am within the 30day money back warranty but I can not find anyone to help me. I am starting to get a funny feeling. I do love the website but I am starting to wonder about all the product and the attention one needs to spend in order to be heard

Be persistant

How many times did you guys call? I had some issues with the edge 2011 program and they extended my time to pay the course back. It didnt take no time at all to get a response from them but then again I wasnt asking to return the program either. Im sure they will refund the money have to be persistant. I think its what the course teaches can't give up. Anyone can wholesale properties or fix and flip them not everyone has the energy or drive to keep after it. So read the yellow book call a real estate agent do what the book says and don't give up.

EDGE

Gain the EDGE actually stands for: Gain the Education from Dean Graziosi's Experience.

It's not intended as a base or core educational real estate system but more of up-to-date strategies that are working Right Now at the time of the event. A compliment to one's main understanding of real estate.

The 30 Days to Real Estate Cash is a great book but needs to be followed and action taken as well.

If you're totally new to real estate you will be overwhelmed with information. It will take a little bit to sort out and see how all the pieces fit together. This isn't something that can be done in one week without prior knowledge. Can you do it in 30 days? Yes but you have to persevere, be a quick learner and take action.

I'm sending you a pm, keep an eye out for it.
