It was really informative!! Always learn something new when I read or hear anything from Dean.

I enjoyed it up until it went blank and i got bumped off. I managed to get back on and catch the ending.Ready for the replay and their next live webcast.

I thought the webcast was great...even with the hiccup...which gave me some time to catch up on the chat conversations. I learned a ton and now I think I have the confidence to just do it! Getting started first thing tomorrow and I may even write a journal on the site to prove my success (the success that's waiting on the other side of the door...just waiting for me to turn the knob). No time like the present. See you tomorrow!

Mine just kept saying connecting, so I went out and then back to the blog site,and reopened it and hit buy now, then it came up.

Can't wait to see the replay. We know how to do this, but Dean and Matt made it sound so simple and easy. And as I took a few notes on the type of property for the 25;1 I realized that is the type property I am looking at on Wednesday. I'm just praying another investor doesn't take it. That happened twice now. Found the great property, set up to see it within a few days, and it was gone within 24hrs of me seeing it. Had an agent tease me that if she wants a property sold, tell Sandi, because as soon as I am interested, it gets sold out right away....maybe I should have been an agent

So what have you done so far folks? Take that pumped up burning feeling and do something about it now! I already sent my realtor an email about making some changes to the list he sends me. I have already talked with 2 wholesalers, one I already bought from and another one that was on that webinar that posted a comment. I DON'T want to be that person in 5 years wishing I had done something during this time. GOOD LUCK FOLKS!
