I wish I was there just to meet people off DG.com. But got to many REI things going this weekend.
Any NEW acquisition strategies that do not involve 25 to 1, small banks and credit unions, bandit signs, business cards, fliers, REI clubs, fellow wholesalers, auctions, notes, tax liens and letters? Still mostly entry level stuff and motivational speeches? Keep us posted please.

Hoping to hear about some nuggets from the event. Wish I could have been there too, and a number of people I wanted to meet.

Right NOW I'm an enthusiastic entrepreneur with the confidence I need on my tool belt, to go out and find a partner to help make me accountable, and SOON I will go on DG.com to interact with ordinary people and read old blogs from those doing extraordinary things. . . so that EVENTUALLY when my A-B-C deal goes through, I'll have a strong buyer's list in my tool box to get me out of Egypt, which will lead me to utilize my Power Team, that is stored in the tool shed, to get me to the promised land!! Can you say awesome use of my unique ability to make lots of money! That is it in a nut shell, and we are all a little "nuts" in the DG family. Thanks Dean and all of the great speakers today! I also loved analogies Dean used that the same techniques, agent or team may get you out of Egypt but may not get you to the promised land. I am ready for the promised land, ready for more partnering, let's go.

I'm back home early from my weekend Nursing gig. I returned home this evening and receive my First Response from putting out my (Ghost Ad's), the genlteman was a interested in my 3/2 Bd Ba, I told him the truth, I told him that I was a new Real Estate Investor looking to build my Buyers List.

Eugene(Contractor)/(Realtor) stated to me that he and his Team were looking for a few REI that could join their team. He wants to set up an appointment with me Monday or Tuesday to meet with their company. (EXCUSE ME),! That was just him on the phone again. The meeting place is final, Wednesday @ 11am. That will be held in St. Paul MN.

I will be meeting with his Broker and the Owner of BLM Investment Group. They know that I am a Newbie and sugested that I could start building my Power Team with them. (How Cool is That)! They are into Commercial, Residential, and they are willing to work me to assist them in locating some SF homes, duplexes, and 4plexes in my neighborhood. They have just finished rehabbing an apartment building.

From my understanding, they build from the ground up, as well. I guess they've found a few investors to work with them, yet are looking for a few more. Suppose I'll find out Wednesday. What will I say to those Big Wigs? I asked if they were looking for a Bird Dog, and if so how much they were willing to pay? Eugene stated that Nadya the(Broker), (Boris) the Owner, were talking in the range of $20K for finding the best deals. I can G for that.

I just need to speak with my Coach and go from there, I guess. In the mean time I was trying to put my Ghost Ad back on to of the list, but forgot to ask Coach how to take it down. He explained how to post it, but not how to take it down, and place it back to the top. Talk about a Newbie, huh? lol,,,

Now what to do? I need to find these people some props, and fast, but where? My coach wants me to finish the Academy, which I plan to, however, I do want to make some deals along the way. It is Saturday and I have to wait until Monday to speak with the Coahes, Well, I just pray that things go well.

And I received my thank you postcard for attending the recent event held here in my hometown, enjoyed it, very knowledgable. thanks DG, and family.

One big thing that was very helpful was Dean's comment over and over about "what led you out of Egypt might not be what is going to get you to the promised land". Great reminder that to get to the next level you may have to change the players on your team to match the level you want to get to next. Duh....it's so obvious....but not!

Also absolutely LOVED Ali's ideas on how to increase your buyer's list. Have already done a google search on top physicians in the area I''m investing in. YOU ROCK ALI! Now just need to know how you get their e-mail addresses since all I can find is their mailing addresses. Ali---Can you share that?

Hello DG Family!

Today I watched the live broadcast, and by the end of the day my hand was ready to fall off from all the note taken. It was amazing. All the speakers were amazing. I was able to pull nuggets from all of them. I was so pumped, afterward my business partner came over and we worked until 10:00pm. So many holes were filled in our game. We created a solid action plan and were able to acquire realtor today. She is also an investor since 1995. She understand our mission. She put us on auto email and there is so many properties. Job security!!! Another day tomorrow. By the way, Matt Larson Rocks!!!!
