OfflineHi there. Wondering if anyone on here has gone through the Success Academy? We've been looking at Rich Dad Coaching, and while I LOVE the books, I am not convinced that the coaching is of the same caliber.
That said, we DO want and need some advisors, mentors, whatever you want to call it. With the details of the RE deals, as well as with finding good CPA's and legal advisors, asset protection, etc. I love the *idea* of what the RD coaching says it offers, but just don't know if will be as useful as they claim.
I know that you get out what you put in, and we're ready - we've submitted an offer for our first deal last night, and there's SO MUCH MORE that we are thinking about. So, we're ready to put in plenty of time and work, but just don't want to waste our money.
Anyway, of course we're also considering DG's success academy, but I haven't read any reviews by anyone who went through it. My only reservation about that would be that it might not cover as much as RD *claims* to cover. It would only be on the RE - would it cover asset protection, and what else?

Google Dean and then Google Rich Dad coaching, Dean has the best coaching anywhere. The coaches are great and so is the support.
I went through Deans Success Academy. It was amazing. It propelled me to a very fast start and I have never slowed down. His coaching staff is the real deal.
You've got to find your obstacles and call them out! Unsheath the sword, and do battle with whatever it is that holds you back!
I am signing up as soon as possible. I put my harley up for sale in order to do it. Even though i feel i know enough to make it with out it. I know I will gain even more knowledge with the coaching program.
Is the Success Academy the same as the Coaching program? What is the money back guarantee? I know it's x amount of deals in x amount of time. What are the x's and what are the requirements for the deals?
Will they go over the deal specifics with you, and actually advise you, or just let you talk it out, and give you pointers on what to consider, etc?

You will have to call and ask what packages they have available and decide on what's best for YOU. I have been in the coaching/mentoring program (a.k.a. Dean's Success Academy) since last April. Like others have said, the coaches are real RE investors, who seem to really enjoy helping others to move as far and as fast as they wish to in their REI. They WILL push you along and give bold advice and suggestions to keep you moving on YOUR individual, specific deals. And the classes and modules/manuals are very intense, as well. You will refer back to them again and again. There are also live classes by phone several times a week covering all different areas of REI. You and your peers will be on the line with the instructor. You can ask questions and learn from what the other students ask, too.
It is everything that Dean promises it to be.

I am currently going through the success academy. I signed up on January 2nd and I am already working through a possible deal. The modules are informational and helpful, but the coaching makes DG's Success Academy. They are walking me through a commercial deal. This will be my first deal. I didn't expect my first deal to be commercial, but having the coaching team makes me feel like I can do it (even though I'm learning as I am going).

I got off the phone with the person from the success academy earlier...was on the phone for probably 45 minutes, and got to know the guy pretty well...went over some stuff as far as how my credit is, and how much debt if any, and a bunch of question...kinda like an interview sorta...gunna call me back friday, and hopefully work something out...and then I am on my way with the academy(assuming I was accepted, which it sounded like I would be by the things he was saying)I guess he has to talk to the adviser I believe and he/she has the ultimate choice...I was so pumped and excited to get the phone call after I signed up my name and tell them the best time to reach me...I have been pumped and excited already, and to know now I have a chance for somebody to hold my hand through the first 5 deals is amazing...Cant tell ya how exciting it is...They were straight forward and explained what their goals were, along with asking what mine were...def felt comfortable...Out of curiosity Rina, how long have you been a part of the success academy???

I saw Dean's infomercial end of last March, signed up for the Success Academy a few days later, beginning of April. You have NO IDEA how far I have come (in my mindset and in my actual successful REI) since joining. To anyone who can, I say Go for it! And stick around deangraziosi.com too! If you combine these resources with the books and cds from Dean I do not believe you can fail. As long as YOU tell yourself that. Of course NO ONE else can MAKE you succeed. But YOU most CERTAINLY can!

I believe 100 percent that you, yourself is/are the only person that can make yourself successful...With anything, not just real estate...I hear all the time at work, people complain bout this person, or that not getting done, or whatever it is...yet they don't take the time to learn something new, or find something that would make them happier...Instead, everyone is negative, and it rubs off on other people...Which in turn, makes things even worse...It is like a domino effect...One person complains bout something, and it just keeps going from person to person...And unfortunately, in a bunch of cases, it gets brought home a lot of the time, and the family becomes negative...But luckily, I am able to let it pass through one ear, and fly out the other side...Of course everyone has negative days once in a while, but staying positive goes such a long way...So I look forward to this journey, and hopefully things will go as well as they have for you...

Thanks to you all for your post. When I first purchased "Be a real estate millionair" someone from Dean's team called me shortly to offer the course but I didn't have the money. However, I've since started a part time job to save the money and I study daily. I've since purchased "Profit from real estate NOW!" and I'm attempting to fulfill as many of the "action steps" as possible. Therefore, my goal is to remain proactive and have as many things in place so when they call I'll be ready to speed ahead! I love this site and all who contribute to it both behind the scenes and otherwise. The best to you and may God continue to Bless you and yours in all of your endeavors!!
