it's amazing how when you are constantly taking action, and you are in the game, things start happening on their own!!! Deals start coming to you! Your mobile home is living proof of that!

Everybody or anyone who is on this site should be able to get a deal; all the knowledge is here, free!!!! All they have to do is start taking action!

I know for myself that the first deal is a massive confidence builder and new investors need to know that momentum is their friend. Once the first one is put in motion then the completion of it BOOSTS confidence 1000%
It's like an excitement that is hard to describe until you live it !!
Using a mentor,coach, partner or other successful student is the best way to guide you to that first one.
if you haven't done your first deal then make it a goal to make 30 days to cash your FOCUS !!!

Very motivational Jay and your right, once you get in the game and get the process going things would just start to swing your way. It's starting to happen to me, great deals are just coming out of nowhere now. Like you said, how can people offer you a good deal if they don't know what you do. Start telling everyone who you come in contact with what you do.

P.S I had a seller basically gave me a 3 family house for free 3 weeks ago, I just gave him $1 for it and I wholesaled it the next day for $2,500.

Oh I'm not sure I know enough , not sure if I CAN DO IT or all the other fears that hold us back at different intervals BUT

I am first of all NOT going to Mex right now even though the wife is pressuring me to go but I will resist & stay & concentrate on RE(It is tough on me to travel)& work on my next deal as you know I have done 4 deals. Going to go to a reia tomm night & to another group this wk not sure which day.

Just watched the edge again 2014 michael mengham & have watched vip too pretty regularly. Making 5 offers today & calling all of my buyers today for follow up. It is true the momentum does start to build & you have the wind at your back but until then you have the wind at your face but you just have to grit yiour teeth & bare it & go forward & you will have your breakthrough.
