Many of us that attend the EDGE measure our real estate new year from EDGE event to EDGE event. It is like our accounting fiscal year but we measure our progress in real estate investing from the annual EDGE Event to EDGE Event. After attending this year's EDGE event, we all have more knowledge, more information, more tips, more strategies and more ideas. We realize it is a new year, a fresh start. A do over! A chance to start again!!!!!

Did you make it to the hottest event of the year? Was this the year you said you were going to go? Did you go? Were you part of this life changing event? I have been to every single one of Dean's EDGE events - 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and now 2015! I would not miss it for the world. I hope you did not miss it!!!

We did not want it to end. We did not want to go home! Many of us wanted to lock the doors and keep Dean there to get more time because it always goes by so fast!
If you brought your golden nugget bag, it did not disappoint. Nuggets were flying everywhere and you could pick as many up as you could handle. Fill the bag and get more because there were so many nuggets to choose from. It was like I want this BIG nugget and you passed on smaller nuggets. Golden Nuggets, Golden Nuggets, Golden Nuggets, Golden Nuggets, Golden Nuggets, Golden Nuggets, Golden Nuggets, Golden - they were everywhere!
Nuggets, nuggets, nuggets - In the meeting room, in the lobby, by the pool area. It was like an Easter egg hunt but those golden nuggets were sparkling in the Arizona sun! You could not miss them. The only problem was could you write them down as fast as they were coming out!

Every year I leave the event making more new real estate friends. Every year I leave with more ideas for my real estate business. Every year I leave this event more energized!! I can not wait to get out there and start using all the ideas that were discussed. If you had a road block ,if you could not do your first deal, if you could not get your business to the next level, now you can crush it! How bad do you want it? - GO MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Hey Joe it was great meeting you at the event and hearing all the golden nuggets you shared with us. This was my first year at the Edge event and I would have to say it was a amazing experience. I felt like I was where I was suppose to be, with my DG family. I got so much new ideas from Dean, Matt Larson, Blake and Ali.
