Hope everyone’s doing great, sorry I haven’t been on for a while. I’m in Texas enjoying my new grandson! Man is he a cutie!! He had a rough start but he’s doing great now. I won’t take up too much of your time, but the reason I’m posting this is because a friend of mine by the name Alfonso Inclan recently got in touch with me to let me know he’s giving away his FREE report again. Now I don't normally do this, but I gotta tell you this report is AMAZING! I’ve read it from cover to cover and it BLEW ME AWAY!! Congratulations on the birth of your grandson. Children help us all to remember what is truly important in life. My first grandchild, a little girl was born last week. I am going to Iowa to see her next week so I will be on cloud nine like I'm sure you are now.

Thank you so much for all the wonderful comments. This little bundle of joy has been my number one priority since he got here. He's been through some rough times and his mommy has as well, I'm SO grateful that I can be here to see them through it and come home where they belong. My son-in-law was deployed shortly after Caleb's arrival so his mommy has had to do it all alone. This is one of the greatest reasons why I want to succeed in real estate so that I can ALWAYS be available to help my children and their children. Congratulations to you too Patrick! Life is SO precious, remember to enjoy it as much as possible. I know I sometimes work too much at reaching my goal and that I often forget how precious these moments are and to cherish them along the way.

Children are always such a blessing and it is such an exciting time. I often see how fast my children grow and time moves by so quickly. I believe we will cry more than our kids when they start full time school. I hope you enjoy everyday and every minute during this wonderful time. Best Wishes!
