It was my first one
so fun.
Well, I've been making goals left and right.. maybe too many. I post them in my journal and the forum I started about buying a new home.
I have contacted a few people about homes they are selling but my goal for the week now is to apply for the FHA loan and see what I qualify for.
As for the next 24hrs..
Im going to hunt online and make a list of at least 25 homes im interested in and make a point to email every single one.

THIS is my first call and I feel on top of the worlf like I can do anything no matter how much discouragement I get. I bought this book over 3 months ago but I was discourage that it does not work. After tonights call, I am determine to prove to myself and everyone that this techniques does work. In next 24hrs, i am going to search for homes online and also call for a mentor that can guide me through...I hope I can afford the mentorship price.

24 hours has gone, so I guess I will focus on the next 24 days. I will be calling a few asset managers to see what brick multi-family foreclosures are available in the Brooklyn area. It could be a fixer-upper, I don;t care, my family and I are pretty handy with getting things done. I know I have grown out this apartment and my sons really need their own space. My house is out there, I just have to find it, and I will. I am also asking God to provide the funds for me to purchase my own computer, and remember God has not failed me yet, so I expect it is on it's way. So Joe, these are my recommendations.
