You are absolutely right... you can get all the same information it just takes more diligence and perseverance. So for those who don't have the money now... just know that the same information is out there. People have been doing this same thing for years before computers and technology... technology just makes it easier
Nothing in life is free but those things worth something come with a price.... emotional, mental, or financial.

if anyone was following the e-mails thinking that this new program was going to be for free.....I guess you haven't been around the world of maketing for very long.
Again, bottom line - it's NOT for everyone.
Read the books - DO the work - make mistakes - keep learning - make $$.
Again, continued success everyone - what you do from here is up to YOU!

I am disappointed as well. What happened to the "no money down" idea. If I could afford what they're asking I wouldn't be looking for extra income. In the end it may be worth it but the people who are making money now are the only ones who can truly afford it. I'm pretty bummed that it was an hour long sales pitch! I know he gives alot of free info on the website but that's why I've stayed locked in. I know he has to charge money at some point but doesn't he make alot on the edge events and the academy and all the real estate deals he's doing. I'm sure it's worth every penny but I was really hoping it would be $60. This is a discouraging hurdle to over come.

you know what guys I think that just alone from listening to the conference and listening to Carol and Joe and how they FEEL FREE, is enough. I join the Academy it really had alot of good info and they help out only if you actually call. But in the end its up to us. I havent really done anything becouse I will admit it I been lazy but after today no more. time to

I might wait for it to go for sale used on ebay. Dean has many excellent heart warming stories about people feeling free and achieving success. These were before the new sales pitch also. I mean I understand the business aspect of it but I was following the emails leading up to this and I expected something revolutionary (in Dean's words) and I even had a pen ready. One hour and no specifics is pretty disappointing.

When I first tired the set up Dean page it did not load....then I typed in the whole http://www thing and it came up.....scroll back a page or so and somone had a link in a comment that you can click.

Were you not listening - or have you not read/heard - Carol's story or the countless others that have been successful at this WIHTOUT any of their own money?
I just still can't beleive it when I read a statement like that...I hope I read it wrong and misunderstood what was being said.

I read the same comment and interpreted it differently. There really is no money down. You still have to pay $1500 for a program, there is a program for sale within this program that is free for only three months and then you have to pay for that too. Paying for a program is like putting money down.
CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHERE DO WE GO TO GET THIS PRODUCT AND HOW MUCH IT IS..DISTRACTIONS DISTRACTIONS SO I MISSED THE END OF THE CALL.

I didn't think it would be free. I thought it would be affordable! $1495 is a months salary from my job, and that is just not realistic. I already spent over $2000 dollars on Deans products. How is someone with little or no money going to be able to do this system. They aren't. I don't want to sound negative but it just seems like there is always a sales pitch for one of Deans products that are supposed to be better than before.
I hope he does a substantial discount for Success Academy students at some point. I also use Total View but there is no information in my area for that program which is frustrating when I try to bring up property info. I am just overall frustrated as I want to invest in real estate but its tough without good info and I have read the books. To me the info seems too basic and not enough detail of the actual process.

What I heard sounded great and then my cell phone company dropped my call, and I could not get back in!
Dean seems like a very nice guy and I mean no disrespect. He appears to have helped a number of people in real estate. But this is my second call that I have listened in on. At some point, I wonder where is the beef? It appears that the answer might be that it requires a significant investment of thousands of dollars without really knowing what is in the product.
I will continue to work hard at my dream in becoming a successful real estate investor! I hope some day I can afford the program.
I was looking to join the academy. Would anyone please share their experience or success with the academy. Did the academy help make the deals they are telling me that they'll do?

...is I don't have the cash to purchase the SFL program right now either.
What I DO have is more motivation to land my first deal(s) quickly, so that I can...and at whatever price it'll be when I do.
Play a legitimate "trick" on your mind: If all you had to do was come up with $1500 to realize your dreams of being financially free, what are you going to do?

I feel same way all i can say read the books and just do the Succes Academy if you can that what im doing. I know that Dean will be reading what been talk about and he gone to think about all been said. Yes it is to much for all and when you dont have it then you dont have it. Just make do on what you have now and later it might pay in the long run what you have now.
Pray for what you want but work for the things you need.
Hey guys, I'm from WA state, I signed up for Success Academy about 3 months ago and still haven't done any deals yet. Does any of you here do success academy? how is it working for you? I was wondering if they would let me cancel that and so I could pay for automation system instead... what do you all think?
Gotta get it tomorrow though!!
