My Essential Plans - affiliated with the Success Academy?

I didn't have a business yet, was contacted by 'myEssentialPlans & they helped me derive a name on the call to form an LLC, ein#, duns# for the LLC to get Corp.Credit. Since I had no funding other than my credit cards and was already quite strapped with all the consumer credit we have.

Not sure how they found me, I was just told by my coach in 'resa' that I'd be contacted by the tax club, but they presented themselves as 'myEssentialPlans'. Spoke to 8 separate people by phone. I shelled out $2693 to cover Bus. Plan for (life of of bus.), including setting up corp.credit-(Or so I was led to believe). I hadn't done my research on the web to see if there were any complaints. Well over a hundred BBB cases, some clients were repaid, some settled.

I spoke to the 9th rep from myEssentialPlans on 12/1, & he asked for $4295 for the Paytec Intelli (corp.credit mechanism). That was the straw that Broke the camel's back. I cancelled with the taxclub 'next day'. Was denied a refund since I was 15 days past start date, I asked to be considered for a secondary review, and was denied any money. I got the Email on 12/30. What a way to end 2010, my worst year I can remember in my adult life. We are now so strapped that Bankruptcy/Chapter 13 may be the only answer.

Please research 'The Tax Club' on here. Check their BBB. *They are NOT affiliated with Dean.* They too called me early in my Success academy and threw me off track. I thought they were a part of it. I wasted an entire month and a lot of stress trying to accomodate their meeting times which did not work with my schedule at all. I stressed out if I wasn't able to meet with them because I thought they were a part of my coaching at RESA. Please tread carefully and do a lot of research on them. I got all my money back. They do not do their work, they talk the talk but don't walk the walk. There are MUCH better companies out there. I had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with them. I even already had my LLC and EIN that I did on my own years prior. After 3 months they hadn't even STARTED my business plan. To get their monthly services (if you can call them that), there are extra monthly fees. RUN!

You can get your LLC much cheaper, registering with a DUNS# is free, and your EIN is also done with your state for a minimal fee, if any fee at all (I did it so many years ago I don't remember). You are ABSOLUTELY correct! I too, had what seems like the exact same experience as you with them when I first joined Dean's group in early 2008. Unlikely "meeting" times, additional fees for what seeemed like EVERYTHING, and most of all an unaccommodating attitude!!! I however, was not granted a refund. This was the "straw that broke the camels back" with my initial venture into REI.

As a coach for the success academy I have worked with many clients that have enjoyed their time with the Tax Club or My essential plans and what this company was able to do for them.

Please keep in mind that this group as others are a business choice and you should only do it for you if it makes financial sense for you.

I am so glad this information was on the website. I was contacted by these guys tonight, and almost went for it. I'm glad I didn't, especially considering hearing you guys experiences with them. Tammy I know if you can do as well as you've done without them, then SO CAN I!! SUCCEESS, HERE I COME!
