We all post tons of questions and comments on here. Both good and bad stuff. And we post comments to Dean about his blogs.
But I looked into real estate off and on, but working in trauma rooms all day, having my small farm and horses, didn't leave me much time to learn or do anything, on top of my major health issues.
But I bought Deans first book years ago. And like so many, hoped it would happen some day.
This past year, I got more involved with Deans academy then months ago finally figured out this site.
But the support Dean offers, and the way he makes all of us feel like we matter, made a huge difference for me.
I am very thankful that he is the one that I stuck with. His training is good and thorough. And the people on this site have been so good at offering advice or directions when I needed it.
In just the past few months, doors just started opening for me, after months of trying and trying.
I see so many people on here that I am shocked haven't done much yet. And I wonder why.
But learning isn't any good if you don't do something with it.
If you sit and wait for all the pieces to be in place first, you may never get started.
You know the basics, start talking to everyone and hand out cards, join the REI club, it is only once a month, except ours does more. And once a month you can find a way to go. It is open to the public, take a friend the first time, and you can go alone after that, because they are so friendly and helpful.
So thanks to Dean to opening up a new life for us.
For giving us the chance to know and see how it works.
I am so fired up this past month because I found the key. The REI and the PML!! Two big steps, but main steps. I can't even sleep at night, and can't wait for the day to come.
Thank you Dean for going above and beyond for support. It takes from your family, and we do thank them for sharing you.
Here's to the best financial and business year ever in my life!
Sandi
Thanks to Dean

With that type of energy you are sure to succeed. Sometimes your progress will come fast and then slow down, so don't feel you are in a rut to your first deal. I have read your posts since you started and one thing I can say is that you are determined. Much luck to you...Jan
THANKS!!
Have a couple places under contract and the historic building I may yet keep myself. So many things coming out about it.
And if I can get the PML and IRS grants I may have a good business deal on it.
Have a great day..I will!
Sandi
Thanks for spreading your energy around.
I am so thankful to Dean for opening up so many avenues I didn't know about. Many of the things I've done this past year I would not have been able to do without Dean's training and info. There is a lot of talk on another site I've been visiting about gurus and how they are just out making money on their training and books and have even mentioned and banned Dean's name from their site totally. It is sad, as Dean is the REAL DEAL. This business isn't easy; there's a lot to know and a lot of failure involved to become successful. The heat is HOT, but with persistence and refusing to give up, success can happen. Dean gives us so much, but ONLY WE can take the action and work through the ups and downs, and EMBRACE the struggle to get to the success!
Very good post, refreshing to see!
I know what you are saying about Dean. Because I did sign up for those 30 days free with others, and had nothing but hassles. I believe that those who give up because they couldn't do it, find it is easier to blame someone else.
And for all the months I wanted to give up, it isn't because I just kept trying till it worked. But a person must take what they are taught and actually do it.
I thought I was trying to do everything, but I wasn't. Networking is 90% of it. When I forced myself to go a bit further, and all the excuses of why I couldn't go to the REI, well look what happened when I did.
It is so good to go into a room of lenders, title people, inspectors, and investors, and hear Hey Sandi, hows it going? And things like, would you like to work together I am from your area. That sounds so good. These people are so friendly. And when we come in, for the breakfast, which is about 60 people, they make you sit at different tables, so you have to meet other people each week. Then you could put your name on the computer, and they sent all the names and what you do to everyone.
I am actually tired from just trying to get people called and things looked at.
But what a great kind of tired!
Thanks for your response!

Sandi I'm glad to see that things are looking up for you, I have been following your progress for months now and you moved in the right direction. I'm glad you didn't give up on that old house, sounds like it might be a Diamond in the rough. Keep up the good work.

I hope it is my diamond!!
Only concern is getting the old brick that is pulling away from the wall on a section in the back. But that is where a foundation is for a garage. So that would come off. But I want to get it dealt with before it gets worse.
Had lots of compliments on the inside work already.
Praying it will still assign, but also have a girl from the REI club who does creative marketing. She is going up there with me in about a week, and with the inspector, and want to be sure that foundation is still solid. Then we will hit big time for marketing it.
Can't wait to see where this goes.
Sandi
You go girl!
You will go far with your thinking! What we think is what we are!
Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10

When I first saw you was on the Empowering Conversations. And if you could do it, I knew I could.
It has taken me longer than I wanted, but yet it is moving now faster than I thought. And not because other people are doing it for me, but because I started listening to people like you and trying it. It does work.
So thanks for the encouragement. I also liked watching you speak because I could feel the emotion you had and knew that very same feeling
I am so looking forward to tons of open doors! But I also know several will slam shut, don't care, at least I am finding doors!! That tells me I am doing something.
Sandi
Don't know what happened, but it is off already, whoever removed it, thanks!!

hi Sandiboots, it is so nice to get a "welcome" from someone. It is a bit hard to keep up, attend, get recognized, etc. Slowly building my lists making connections, and prioritizing. I like the videos; DG is inspiring, too. When i "break through" you will be one of the first to know. I hope it is soon,
stay on track and i know with God with me it will happen soon.
Keep up the great work.

Have you joined DG academy at all or bought the EDGE 2010 system. The PMI training from the academy is so good and now when I refer back to it for something, things fall into place.
Then last fall I bought the EDGE dvds' with the Set For Life system. Now the SFL didn't do anything for me, but the dvds' from the EDGE were really excellent. I viewed them over and over again.
And combined with the REI club I joined, things are finally moving along.
Would like to retire in Colorado/Wyoming area and flew out there and looked at land, but at least now I can do something more than dream about it.
It can be easy to do a deal, but if you want to make this a good solid business, then it takes more knowledge and time. And well worth it.
So I'll send out a prayer for you that this will be a blessing in your life.
And maybe soon we can talk about some deals, and naturally, about horses too!
Who knows, maybe I'll be able to start rescuing them again, but this time pay others to do all the "cleaning."
Let us know when you need help. And again. Welcome to DG, you didn't just join the best, but Dean is for real and goes out of his way to make sure we get good training, but even can afford extra training from him.
Have a great day.
