buy and hold private financing

Alot of times, it just takes time. Many times if you just go up and ask someone if they were interested is a big turn -off, plus most think its a scam. But everywhere you go let people know what you and ,how much better this is then the stock market. I had a guy that heard me talking about RE a few times and he approached me , and I asked if he would be interested in getting involved .He was all for it, just let people know what you do, and it usually finds you.

There are other ways of advertising for PML, but I generally do it the way I explained, I feel more comfortable with that way.

Network through your local real estate investment clubs and check on the internet for private investors. There is money out there. I've found that with private money, word of mouth is best. Get referrals.

May times people ask this questions and could look to family, friends or acquaintances for this. How many people do you know that have a 401K? An IRA? If you answer is not much how many people have you asked. The truth is we all know people with money but we may not have asked them or given them enough reasons to trust you when doing a transaction.

This should be food for thought in addition to those others.
