private money exchange

private money exchange

has anyone here used or had dealings with a company called private money exchange? i found them and clicked on their link while searching for private/hard money lenders. i entered my contact info on their squeeze page and didn't hear from them. about 2 weeks later i kept getting calls from a local area code, but they never left a message and when i tried calling them back(thinking it might be someone calling on bandits or some other form of ads) the line wasn't in service. this went on for awhile and everytime i'd try to return the call it was always saying this # is not in service. Finally i'm in the office when i see that # come up and answered it. that's when i found out it was them and they wanted more info on what i was looking for and what i was doing, how much money i wanted etc. i was vague because the hairs were standing up on back of my neck and i've learned the hard way to listen to my gut so to speak. i turned it around by saying why don't you send me some info about your company and what you do and i'll see if we're a fit? that's when i got the " well sir when would be a good time for us to call you back and get a little more info on what you do and we'll explain our different programs".
maybe i'm being overly cautious, but if a company wants to do business they should be able to A: be respectful of my time and B: be able to tell me SOMETHING.just wondering if anyone has had dealings with them and if so what was your experience?

Sounds fishy...

Sounds fishy...

Big Red Flag

I would not do anything with them! I mean if you can't contact them and they can't give direct answers your hairs should stand up!

Private Money Exchange

Hey Rob,
Private Money Exchange is a company owned by Lee Arnold. They match up people that got money to lend with people that need to borrow money. Lately they are conducting lots of webinars to teach people how to do deals because they got lots of money sitting idle.
If you go to www.privatemoneyexchange.org you can listen to Lee explaining things and there is a number to call also.
What caused your unsatisfactory experience is, you are dealing with a affiliate, in your case obviously not a very swift one.
Don't give up on PME, I believe they are trustworthy.
Good luck to you.

Private Money Exchange

Rob, I've been following Private Money Exchange for a long time. They are
very well known. They are the same as SecuredInvestmentCorp.com

They are hard equity lenders usually 65% and charge between 13 to 17 % interest rate. They also have rehab loans. It usually takes them about 2 weeks to approve your file.

Very trustworthy company.

Julie

PME

I'm working with Private Money Exchange and have paid for some education that I'm happy with so far. I started by listening to somebody's webinar which sold an affiliate program for the loans through PME. There was so much material that so far I haven't used that part of it, but it lead me to Lee Arnold. He's a very well know educator. I just felt I couldn't work full time, learn real estate and also learn the ropes of lending.

The thing about the loans is that you have to have a deal for them to evaluate. They won't give out standard term sheets, but they're very standard as far as hard money loans go. Short term loans for a percentage of ARV.

Like any squeeze page, if you fill out a form online, someone will call you. Just the same type of marketing that Dean does. If anyone wants a loan or has money they want to loan out.... I have a link I can send you. PM me.

julie

thanks for the info. i've been researching them a little more since i posted this. if they can do a loan in approx. 2 weeks i'm good with that provided i have the time. there are alot of hml's that can move in hours to a week though.

No I havent

I have not dealt with them but i found this one. http://www.privatemoneygoldmine.com
You can get the contact names from people in your area for free and how much they are willing to loan. If you have a way to find them you can do that on you own other wise it cost $99 a year to be a member. You can sign up free though to get names in your area. I get an email list every day in my area of people. Just need to find a way to contact them without paying the membership.
