About Me:

I have done a couple of deals; In the past have volunteered for Habitat and learned a lot! I have also taken many courses on how to install tile, floors, cabinets, sinks, faucets and water pipes.
Really like Rehabbing! Seeing a dead house come back to life is really exciting to me.
Eventually I plan on forming my own rehab team and keep some properties as rentals.

I'm looking for properties all over the US; first in those states where there's plenty of opportunity to make money.
I have boundless energy and I'm totally focused on developing my business.

Hello, JJ

I hope we can do some deals together. Are you going to EDGE in 2012? peace, Dana

Going to the Edge?

No, I'm afraid I will not be able. Just moved to Md from FL to help my daughter who just had a baby; (my first grandson) and he is keeping me very busy. (after I had followed Deans' advice and gotten rid of everyone and everything that slowed me down to focus:)

I'm still focused on making deals though. I've learned so much information that Like you, I look forward to traveling so I can invest in other areas too.

I look forward to hearing from you. We seem to have many things in common, like love for animals &
the freedom to be your own boss among other things.

By the way, I used to be a realtor in FL, in fact I have 1.5 months till my license expires, so if you want to invest in the Fort Lauderdale area or Port St Lucie area, let me know.

I apologyze for not answering your email, but had a few days without email and then too many distractions.

I am working on an income property, but it's a bit tough because there are no comparables, but the average price is much higher. I'd like to keep it, and establish my business there and rent the rest. It can pay for itself with no problem but it needs some TLC,although it may not be anything urgent, maybe only cosmetic-I have to determine that; Also, it's 100 years old. Of course here they say that the older houses were built better,

I also found 3 more properties in another town that are priced with room for profit, but one is by train tracks, nice though, all brick colonial with a huge yard and unatached garage, but it has a porch to the side that seems to be lopsided.

One of the houses only seems to need appliances in one of the apts and a 220 line for the range.I hope is still available, I'll ck later today.

Tell me which area you live in and where are you looking to invest in.

JJ
