Seasoned Investors Looking for more funding

Hello, My name is Matt, I and my two partners (my parents) are looking for more funds to continue our expansion. Currently we have 61 "buy and hold" properties. Just to be clear

You own over 60 properties and you've only dealt with your local banks and you're looking for another source to fund your purchases???

Truthfully, i'm not going to outright say you're lying, but I know people who own as little as 5 homes and couldn't see them going on a social network soliciting total strangers for other sources. I would think with the amount of money you're making these banks, you would have them referring you to thier cousins or sisters uncle or someone with money with your alleged track record.

There ain't no site for advanced investors. They have established relationships with their money sources.
It is may be illegal to advertise a specific rate of return.
What banks understand is personal relationships and a history of paying the loans made and paying them off early if possible, then getting a larger loan, repeat.
It's fine that you look for money, but like I said in my first post, you might check with the SEC as far as how to ask for money.

elixbrown, That my thoughts too. However here in West Virginia that is not that case. We have people calling us to sell them homes all the time. We have 2 different families with several different generations buying homes. ... Where we are located we truly live in a valley bubble. That is why I came here, seeking help... for leads not for money itself. I issued the 6% statement to flush out the sub primes at 12+%.

Again for anyone that is serious we can provide our financial statements to show our validity.
