Financing advertiser in the DG classifieds

Has any of our family members accept financing from the people who advertised on our dg website? When I contact them they are always willing to give a loan at reasonable rate just what I would need. But, they are all in Europe especially London. If anyone has accepted a loan offer of this kind and it was favorable please contact me,

away from these type of lenders. While there are some great national lenders (once you have dealt with them), initially you should look for lenders in your area but certainly your state. If you deal with international lenders at your low level of volume and $$$, you are asking for nothing but trouble.

We have been watching so called reutable lenders from the UK on this site for over 3 yrs and to put in in plain ENGLISH, they are scams. Really, think about it, bad credit loans for 3.97%, not saying you have bad credit at all, but you have to do a lot of searching on the web. Your best bet is to stay local, starting with credit unions and smaller local banks.
Over the last 3plus years I have watched these scammers come and go and they always come back. Remember the old saying, If it looks to good to be true.......Jan

If someone's credit is not good enough to qualify for a loan, is there anyway he/she can apply for a real estate government funding just to at least get a start.

Same as my partner Jan said along with Bill, if it is to good to be true, it most likely is. We spoke to a lender in the UK, was willing to give us a big loan, said we were approved without even seeing any of our paper work or anything! Tons of scams out there, stay in the counrty and do your research.
