OfflineWow, what a year, I never wud have thought I wud do 10 deals and I wud make over 40K Forty frikin thousand dollars sittin on my butt buying and selling houses that I never seen and never took title to, and also to have a couple of rentals bringing me a serious cash flow every month. All from reading some books and putting in a little effort. And the crazy part is, I spent last winter on the island with my family, all paid for from one of the houses I sold.
Ask my 2 property finders how happy they are after I paid them over $10,000 for bringing me a few deals. Well, most investors wud probably be ashamed to admit they only made 40K in one year. And to tell u the truth, Im not satisfied with that amount. I got the fire inside, I got a hunger for a better life. If you wud like to help me find some of these houses Im happy to cut u in for 50% of the profits, U find em, I put them together and we both cash in.
I gotta warn you though. If you dont have the mindset to never quit, u might as well keep doing what ur doing. This takes guts, and work, and sacrifice, and u gotta believe in urself. I had so many deals fall thru, and a few experienced investors told me I shud get out of the business. Well, thats wen I got mad and tried 100 times harder. Anyway, if you want to make some serious money and change your life, I need some partners, jump on, the boat is leaving, I'm just now starting to get good at this. Rando

Wow Randy, I remember your first deal! So happy to see you making some deals happen. You've almost caught up to what we've done in 2 years in half the time! I say we have a race to who can complete the next 10 deals!

Ha ha, I got so many potential deals in limbo, I need to learn some salesmanship techniques to help me close on some of these. I just got 100 bandit signs and I shud order a few hundred more. I just got my new magnetic car door signs. I am still sending out hundreds of yellow letters a week. I been handing out my door knob hangers. I'm still trying to recruit bird dogs, most of them flake out with no houses submitted, some will send me a few and then I never hear from them again. I also keep my ads running on Craig's List "I Buy Houses 4 Cash" My next marketing tactic will be to develope a good website, I got one now but its so basic. I expect 2013 to a great year, but, it's gona take work. Let's make some MONEY Rando

40k seems like a dream to me im only 20 but im going to make this happen for me ive read a few of deans books and am currently reading 30 days to real estate cash im doing the home work just as it says and im hoping to make so decent profits doing assignments in the southern madison wisconsin area and surrounding cities and towns, you guys are proof this works! now its my turn to get results!!!!!! good job everyone!
