About Me:

I am a new real estate investor since June 2011. I have a thirst for financial education and our first business venture will be Real Estate Wholesaling. I'm 26 years old, born and raised in Las Vegas. I lived a very enjoyable childhood with the best friends anyone can ask for and a family like no other. I am grateful for every thing in my life. I now dedicate my life to achieving success and improving the lives of all those I care about and eventually be able to give back to the community and the world around me.

Interests:

Singing and Dancing are my passions. I have very little professional training but I am happiest when singing and dancing. I love playing games, it is what I do most when I can run away from my responsibilities. I also like learning martial arts and playing sports. I like puzzles that challenge me intellectually like Chinese Chess. All in all I just love to have fun.

Hey Tina,

How have you been? Sorry for the late reply. I don't navigate this site too well and didn't notice your message until today . Thanks so much for your continued support. It means a lot to us. It's really rare, at least in my life, to find someone so willing to help a complete stranger, at least we were in the beginning. Every time you help us out it really pushes us forward to progress a lot. Sorry the houses you showed us didn't work out but guess what?? We closed on a house a few days ago. It is in the NW and we got it for 95k. It was a short sale that had a buyer that fell through. Well now we could flip it for 130k but are still contemplating whether we should sell it or rent it out for cashflow. Most likely keep it. Also, we will be getting our real estate license soon and joining my cousin's brokerage. She is very familiar with the investment strategies we are trying to do and she is going to help us . So I'm pretty happy about that. All in all I feel we are moving forward. A lot slower than I wanted, but I hope we will be able to consistently do deals like you guys soon.

By the way, what kind of dancers?

We are going to do our best to find deals and get them under contract.
We are also getting our real estate licenses soon. Probably within a couple of months.
I also have some buyers but they primarily buy in Vegas.

By the way is this the Judi that was at our very first 2 day work shop? Did you used to work with Robert Kiyosaki?
