Hi... I just received a question that im not familiar with... but the house is in North Carolina for im hoping someone could help with this?

"Pretty sure this is NOT what you're looking for, but I'll ask anyway. You've been in the business a while maybe you know: can I legally sell you MY interest (one of four signors to a mortgage) in a house probably assessed at $200K or more (3BR, 3BA, etc etc) and then have YOU sell out to the remaining three for a big profit?"

But thats the question i got... Ive never dealt with anything like this... Can someone help me figure this out?

Did get my acceptance letter from the local college here the other day so i can go back and try to finish schooling for what i wanted to persue for years...

Who knows what the day will take me but im ready as long as the lord is guiding me!

Well all in all its been a great day other than about sliced off my finger again but its alright.

Did find a agent whom will help me in my investing career... also the same agent gave me the contacts to two good lenders as well as give me info on lawyers to do the closings... now waiting on them to tell me about GC's...

Did get that FAFSA form filled out and taken care of

Almost the end of the month!

need to finish up a project that got started there two days ago

Welp One of my perspective lenders got back with me so it looks like if im not emailing then ill be on CL looking for more deals for the buyers i got...

Well since now the internet is deciding to work a bit... Im going through trying to play CATCH UP on everything including deans WW vids being they are through youtube and i couldnt get them to play the last couple weeks?

So that and messages is about all ill be doing today i think?...

the latest book that dean has ... I just saw the latest WW where it talked about his book and that he has new videos up?... Now i went to the deansfreebookdotcom and it took me to the intro talking about the IE program?... Does someone have the links to the videos?

Still havent found the videos that is mentioned by dean when you get the book...

Good Saturday Morn. to everyone!

Getting caught up on emails/messages being we lost power at about 8 am yesterday and just got it back on early this morn.

checking a couple leads here today if i can and also we rolled downtown for a while and i noticed a WE BUY HOUSES sign hanging from a building so im looking him up and going to contact him... also gave me an idea on adding buyers to my list in ashboro Nc area... so will be working on that today if i can for if not may just wait till monday for we got a mess to clean up after mother nature didnt take her crazy pills yesterday... was 35 most of the day while today is going to be in the 60's believe it or not!

Just got done watching deans WW and will work on those lessons...
1. I need to find an REI club near me
2. Need to find a buyer for some deals in Indiana/Illinois
3. Need to find some deals for the two buyers i got
4. Need to dig down and figure out what exactly is the problem for every problem there is at least 10 solutions... some look like they will work but dont, some look like they wont work but will when you put them into action, some look like they will and will work and some that didnt work yesterday works today visa versa.... but there maybe one that is the best for today...

Just trying to wake up right now after a long weekend... To much partying i guess?... Saturday we partied for my dads wedding anniversary and my cousins graduation ceremony at the same time! My dads anniversary was the 27th.

My Investment Career is doing good... Better than i thought it would be but not as good as i hoped it would be.
I am a GP license holder... Still need to get the address changed on my license.
Hope to catch ya on the air sometime later when i get my rig set up.
I right now have a kenwood R-599 receiver that i am in the midst of finding its TWIN ... I can get an antenna up later for it once i find a bout a 100 ft of g5rv and a couple connectors...

Now I havent been able to find the guys number so i guess a little later i will get sent to him a little later but got to call the rest of my list... while taking care of a couple house chores here i need to do today then see where the rest of the day takes me

Hope everyone has a wonderful Easter weekend this weekend and doesn't have to ask Santa to get around... 60 degrees and a bit of rain here today and tomorrow.
