Got a buyers list that i need to update but need to find a agent whom can get me that info for my area?
But am getting a letter typed up for my buyers and thats what im working on tonight... then going to shoot for tomorrow to start sending them out if not work on the letters some more for i dont think i can finish it tonight? we will see though?
Now this is all for the buyers... I am still looking for Private Lenders letter or something?...

Finally its letting me post...
But Bent Oaks apt complex is still available and im in the midst of getting the funding together to purchase it.
I know its been a LOOOOONNNNNNGGGGGG time since I posted... not sure what was up with the Captcha problems but....lol
Got internet issues now at the house so I should have it temporary fixed by the middle of next week hoping.

I am back on here now ... Have many problems one after the other pop up.
1. I live now in Snow Camp Nc and soon will be moving to Caswell Cty Nc (Milton Nc)
2. I ended up taking 3 steps back when i took a step forward for i came down here to try and reignite an old flame to where i found out she will be getting married in december sometime?... so thats a no go.
Got suited by my own father and lost Guardianship of the person based on inaccurate/circumstantial evidence. so now i got to counter suit him as much as i dont want to but have to. for when i lost that i also lost my driving capabilities for now that is why i have to counter suit him.
3 I am back on SSDI as much as i dont want to. (Hopefully i can get off very soon and STAY OFF PERMANETLY!)
4. Have sent an email to a potential lender for the BO property... HOPEFULLY
5 Back on DG.com and just watched yesterday the new WW... Boy did i need that!!!
6. By friday this week i will be living in Milton Nc and im not sure if i can pick up any wifi up there or not for they dont have any up there as far as i know... so you may not hear back from me till tuesday when i may get to the library to check pending on if i can pick up wifi or not?....
