Hillbilly Real Estate Investing!... JUST DO IT!

Im not sure what i should do right now... meaning i have an Opportunity to go back to North Carolina or should i stay up here in a dead town for another 6 months prior to me going back anyways?

Just getting to my emails and all right now... and will be checking CL here in a bit... and whom knows what else...?

Still not sure what to do... I want to go back but the place my folks found is about an hour and a half north of where i want to be so i sent them a suggestion for the area i want to be... i am in need of any team members down there, ie... lawyers, agents, contractors, lenders, wholesalers, etc...

And anyone else that i can work with... contact me asap please if you can or know someone?

Still dont know what to do... Just got chewed out that i got to start thinking more "REALITY" of whats going on rather than DREAM...

Does anyone have any advise on how to best go about this?...

Will be moving to North Carolina come next week... Just i got to be out of here on the 28th and do have a place to crash for a few days... my nerves are shot...

get down there i may have no internet for at least a week or so... so if you dont hear from me then thats why?...

I understand what you are going through,I went through kinda the same thing about 20 years ago and I had a wife and two young kids that I was all they had and I lost my job and didnt have anything.

Well I have an idea of how to go about it a bit... I can stay with my brother for a few days which is no problem... Then will be living at my dads place for a week or two while i get my Drivers License redone for my wallet was stolen a while ago...
and hes outside of greensboro in North Carolina but I have an agent whom will work with me and has already sent me properties of the type of what we will be looking at... also she just sent me this morning contacts for Lenders, contractors, inspectors, etc... going through them now and have contacted the lender asking what hes lending on and has lent on in the past...
I think those last two days screwed me up but that email from the agent i think is working on getting my head straightened out a bit

Well i found out through the contact of the lender i need to find me 20% down though is the only problem... other than that i would have a lender... so onto trying to find someone to put the 20% down... Unless someone here wants to?

I have yet to get ahold of the contractors via ive been talking with the lender.

Nerves are about shot not sure whether its nervousness or Joy of knowing I have an Opportunity of a lifetime in front of me?

My own dad is filing for gaurdianship cause hes afraid i cant control my own finances and the only evidence he really has is what i did something years ago when i was younger and stupider... and i will have to get a court appointed rep and will have to fight it and will fight it for i have no choice... they are asking why am i fighting it and not give in...

Well Didnt get anything REI based done today... had an doc appt. that was never made to go to but ended up not being able to go so came home and looked up a friend of mine from long ago that she is still single and noticed shes only a bit over 2 hours away from me?
Need to find the school she teaches at so i can suprise her come the 14th maybe?

Ill do that in the morn and then start back on my REI stuff...

I think what i may do is just prior to going to bed i will sit down and go over what i am doing and compare that to what i need to do and may have to re adjust a bit... If i can get my drivers license situation taken care of... this 30 days re stuff will actually go smoother... (No i didnt loose it from anything illegal) I had an ohio license and it was in my wallet when my wallet was stolen...so i have to go through the entire process of getting one here in NC again... urghhh...then from there who knows... kind of have to take it day by day right now for a bit... till i get better situated... ???

The lady friend whom i sent flowers to already has been in a serious relationship for some time and which was the reason i came back to NC is to try to reignite that old flame.. since shes the reason behind me turning away ladys one after the other... then she says that her and her boyfriend would like me to not contact them again... <--- What a downer...

Now that has happened... I dont know what to do know... I should have listened to the clues God was giving me.

I did tell her how i felt that many years ago about her and why i came down... she saw it but have yet to get a response and probably wont.

May just need to rethink everything... Not sure what to do... do need to get somethings done here at the house today....

Well Had fun trying to sleep last night with mother nature acting like its spring time with a thunderstorm last night...

Did have a probate hit my desk via the ESTATE EXECUTOR and it is listed with an agency... one of my buyers just got back with me so i sent him the info that i have... will have to wait on his reply... we have to figure out if its something we can resell quick...

Do have 80% funding and just found another guy that might be able to cover the 20%?...

Lets see what happens today shall we?... Do have a few phone numbers i got to look up to ...
