Wonder what else needs done?

Well I am working on a couple ads now and getting them running all over the Interweb...

Forgot i found someone that can fund any financing i need so im searching for TURN KEY rentals w/ great positive cash flow... WHICH WILL HELP GREATLY!

Update: Found some new buyers for another area (Might be all from the same guy?)
now looking for to see if i can find a deal that might meet there criteria they have listed up on CL?

One of my buyers that i found some how managed to send me an email back stating that i am a SCAM? I thought investors want to make money?

But i did get a lead if anyone out there is buying SF homes in Lexington North Carolina... Its a standard 3/2 1300 sq. ft. Zillow zestimate says $45,213

Going down into town here in a couple minutes to get out of here mainly... May find a road ive never been on and walk it if i have the time this afternoon?

Just wanted to wish everyone a MERRY CHRISTMAS kind of early for I dont know where ill be tomorrow?... For all i know it could still be here or it could be in jail or it could be under a bridge...? Got a lead onto a property that is currently unlisted and not known about with ANYONE... not even the locals with the exception of the contact i just contacted!... <- Not sure if anyone understands me ... for i was never good in english class...

Been emailing people back and forth all day found new buyers , found a lender, found a deal or two that if i can find the buyers for... need to work out more details, etc... Gosh... Just finishing up my emails before i call it a night...

Woke up this morning to emails needing replies!
Just checking messages now... need to find my wallet (Ive always been told if my head wasnt attached id loose it to )
Going to have to go to the repair shop i use for my computer and get a new cord... the other one has had it almost...
try to get by the post office for a few things and try to walk a couple streets at the same time hunting FSBO's and talking to people... all this afternoon
then relax and get ready for the Christmas tomorrow

Let's see what happens shall we?

1. Call Advantage bank to see if they meant FMV or ARV? (they would fund a investment of 60% of its value... just not sure which value there talking about?)

2. Expect an email back from a Motivated Seller! ( Shes going to see if the bank will take less to get rid of the property ... <- Now thats the sellers i like that like to work for YOU!)

3. Check CL for more deals

4. Keep an eye on emails

5. Might go walk a new street i dont remember seeing?

I just received earlier an official 30 day notice to get out of this dump...
He tried to say something that was false... but i made sure he retyped it CORRECTLY... and he wasnt to thrilled about it but...

Now im trying to find me another place to go that will be temporary for 6 months... Ive got to be out of here by Jan. 28th
I have no where to go right now... am working on it though if i can just get by the first month i will be alright...

This is what happened today:

1. I could not get ahold of the bank... will try again tomorrow!
2. Couldnt get on the other end of town today... Ended up at the bottom of the hill talking to people
3. Got a lead or two into some places for me to move to being i got to get out of here on Jan. 28th
4. Never could find my wallet yet... Hoping when i pack to move it will pop out of somewhere?

End of day #1 of 30!

Try to get ahold of the bank here when they open... tried yesterday and couldnt get ahold of the person...

Hit up CL here in a bit... just checked and nothing new yet

IF I can just get out of here and get by just the first month i will be alright!

I could not get ahold of the bank being i thought they closed at 3 pm on saturday but they ended up closing at noon... so try again monday?

possible seller will get back with me when they talk to the bank monday

could not do anything after 2 or so yesterday online when the internet puked out on me and im just getting back on at almost noon sunday

Will keep an eye out on somethings and thats about all today being its GOD'S DAY OF REST!

This should be the day that my seller gets back with me and i can get ahold of the bank FINALLY~
Up since 2 am this morn... Just want to SLEEP... Didnt go to bed till after 10 last night...

Sometimes there is ads in the JOBS catagory on CL and i found a possible new buyer that is buying commercial properties all over and has 50 mill supposably in equity... so am now in the process of running a back ground check to see if he is legit or not...

At 4 pm this afternoon when i was out the banks sign said 5 degrees! Now thats COLD!!!! BRRRRRR!

But i could only move so quick with it being that cold...

Talked to the bank some more and they refer'd me to someone but that someone wasnt in and wont be in till its time for her to clock out so it will come to me calling her later sometime in the morning and setting a time up to meet and sit down to further discuss some INVESTMENT Opportunities ... which in b/w that and checking CL , TRULIA, ETC... thats all i could do today... Again being on how COLD it was...
