OfflineWell today I had to get back to submitting bids on properties because I had kinda slacked off for about a week. I just now finished submitting 20 bids to my agent for tomorrow. Some of them were bids that I had bid last month and gotten either a "No thank you" for, or no response at all. Well I like being a pest, so here's to good times. Tonight is kinda special...mmmm mmmm mmmmmm. You know the rest(lol). I also got a couple of e-mails from Ryan of Coastal Funding asking me for what purpose i was using all of those POF's and that they hoped that those POF's were for transactional funding, back to back closing or transactional purposes. Transactional purposes and back to back closings i stated, because those are my intentions. At least one can tell from that inquiry that they(coastal funding)are legitimate. Anyways it feels good to start back submitting so many bids. By the end of next week I intend to have submitted at least 50 more. Hey! Can't hurt anything right? Cya laterz

Bryant, guess the question is really about resale. According to what I read about Coastal Funding, their POF letter is only good for same day closing or assignment. Hence the question about the number of buyers. These buyers must be pre-approved and ready to close when your bids are accepted. Now you see I am thinking positive here, when they are accepted. Good Luck, you are a true go getter.
