Hello everyone. Im somewhat new to the DG world of investors. I purchased Dean's books about 2 months ago. Ive been reading and building my knowledge so far. I want my knowledge to be very strong. I ordered the edge kit and have been getting my wife envolved Today I passed out 200 fliers on cars that were parked outside of apartment complexes. Im just focused on building my buyers list at this time. I will doing assignment of contracts to build capital. I just cant wait until REI is a piece of cake to me. I know if I dont give up that will be the ultimate turn out. thats how it is with anything you do for the first time. It seems hard or confusing at first until you do it enough times to get the hang of it. Well this is pretty much the intro my "FIGHT for the FIRSt..... as we take this journey we will see what the first will be.

I just saw Dean's latest blog in regards to the Turn key properties, and I must say that Im very excited about this. Just what I need. Being in NYC I really cant afford to buy properties out here in the range of 6 figures, but it feels so good to know that Dean has made these properites available, with cash flow already in place. I know once I buy one, it will duplicate easier and easier with momentum as the propeller that takes me to higher heights. Im feeling good about where I am in regards to where I want to go. I have a good job now that I enjoy, and the money is pretty good. So I know in no time I will buying those properties across the country. As my latest theme has been, I hope everyone out there is learning their craft and finding those properties, because eventually it will be an investor like me who makes the call to BUY!!

"if you want to work with me I'll need a Buyer Representation Agreement signed"?
We want to tell her to forget it, but I need some suggestions on how to respond to her.
