I am a slow reader, I am on page 45. All I can say is this book is great so far.
I have been reading the post on this site for a couple weeks now and know that the encouragement and positive folks on this site will help me, and alot of other folks.

Since I have got The Books I got & read the sight of all of the followers that I have read I am getting closer to start this asap, I need Dean to call me personally,, I 'm 1/2 through the 2nd book & have started looking in the area that I live in & have seen 25 places that are under 80,000 just under HUD & bank owned ,,,,,,, woooowwwwwww I do see what is going on ,,All I got to say that God is in this . Thank GOD for DEAN.....

Im still reading the book but I sent an email out to a bunch of real estate agents telling them what I was looking for. I'm starting to get my team together.
I've looked at a few properties and soon I will put in some offers. I figured I need to take action and start looking at properties and make some offers.
Gotta be in the game to win the game....

I just submitted my first 2 offers to purchase.. They are both REOs. First one is a SFR 3/2 and the second one is a 3/1 condo... (these are in California)
I'm also getting ready to submit a 3rd offer for a multi-family home. (this one is in NJ)
