OfflineBought deans book (Profit from real estate right now) on 2/28/10, read through it once, started again, got so excited that I joined the Success Acadamy on 3/19/10 and talked with my couch today to go over some things, will be starting first lesson on the 25th. I am so excited to start this MAJOR change in my life.

Welcome, I to used the success academy. It was unbelievable the materials they gave me to work with. But it still took me almost 9 months to close my first deal, But in the last 6 months I have closed over 20 with 0 down. So as you start you new adventure don't give up. It will work if you work it. good luck. And if I can every help let me know.

reading how you have made such progress is very inspiring. I have yet to do my first deal, but I don't think it will be long. This site and the people are fantastic.

I am right there with you Joe, joined the academy about a month ago.The amount of resources they give you is great, definitely recommend joining a Real Estate club, met some nice people willing to help new investors.I get frustrated and lose my motivation and than I get on this web site and refocus. Good luck hope to tell you about my first deal and here about yours.
All the energy and excitement you have going right now, keep it going. There will be ups and downs, but it is worth it. Remember why you chose to take action. Keep focused on that why and you'll begin reaching new goals all the time.
