Don't let anyone tell you you can't do this or you are wasting your time. READ READ READ the forums and Dean's books. I put this off for years and then once I bought into Dean's program, we put it on hold due to starting a travel agency. I wish we would of stayed involved and done some of the beginning basic steps to get our buyers list going and searching for wholesaling/assignments deals. Good luck and stay on the forums here.
