Hooking-up from The EDGE 2012: Meet-up with locals coast-to-coast!

What a Mind Blowing Blast! Networking within DG is AMAZING and networking in real time, face-to-face is INSANE!

As we met so many pumped-up DG-ers at the event, all I could think about was getting people together in smaller DG groups, locally in coffee shop settings across the country as a means to working to through mindset, hurdles, anxiety, as well as celebrating victories and strategizing the next deal.

There are "club" sites that many have using, there are our respective REI Clubs, but are there many "coffee house" groups?

Anyone?

I'd love to help organize if there is a need to improve local groups.

I'm right outside of the capital of NJ in Hamilton. I'm sitting in the middle between Philly & NY not to mention the big cities up north jersey and to the south. I guess being in central jersey I have a few options.

Coffee Shop Meet-ups

Hi all!

Hope deals are workin! It's been tough out there, but it's been the best time to be doing Real Estate!

Hi Tina,

As you know, I have a very big, very real buyer that has opened an office in Las Vegas. He buys my properties here in Colorado so I KNOW he is real and his operation is huge. THEY DO NOT BUY AND HOLD. They only fix/flip. They DO NOT do entry level properties. They like houses that sell after repairs in the $250,000 to $600,000 range. He will buy anything that they can realize a 15% cash on cash return. They want to do 40 in Vegas in the next twelve months.

Anyone else in Las Vegas that has properties to sell, let me know, we can close in 7 days.
