OVERDELIVER for your real estate agent !!!

I know , your thinking WHAAAAT ?? My real estate agent is supposed to be going above And beyond for me !! Well that was my thinking when I first started out just a few short years ago. From what I had read and heard and saw, estate agents were lucky to be working with me. Well let me say to you this is not the case. From my experience ,if you overdeliver to them ,they will return the treatment and want to work with you forever, Provided you keep the MINDSET of give and you will receive !!
What do I mean by this ? Well I just wrapped up another deal last week that netted me zero BUT put $1920 in my realtors pocket just for throwing him a buyer that I could not help with my land contract strategy. I showed my customer multiple properties and I had nothing that could meet the criteria. So my grandparents house was going to be sold on estate since they passed away recently and I had my realtor listed with the estate and brought this buyer to him and he made some quick cash by doing nothing !!
I did not make anything on the deal but felt that overwhelming feeling of accomplishment pride and confident that he will continue working with me over and over. Even before that I would send him leads and talk his name and company up every chance I could get to live by the mindset give and you shall receive !!
Believe me this is only the beginning of my practicing this mindset and I know that the rewards will be tenfold !!
Keep this in mind every day and practice it until it becomes habit and you will begin to reap the rewards too !!

The "give" Mindset is just a way of living that will benefit us all and create an atmosphere of POSITIVE surroundings. We need this thinking because the ask and you shall receive works but the GIVE then receives KICKS A$$ !!! Don't believe me ?? You are so right about how to treat agents and everyone we work with for that matter. Take care of them and they will take care of you! Once your agents start making those commission checks off of referrals and your deals closing they will do anything you want!!
I have always said a good agent works with you, not for you!

Yes sir !!! Taking this outlook on treating teams and customers in this way is by far the BEST way to get treated as you treat them. The more we GIVE to them the more they will want to give back. This way of doing business makes me think of my marketing mentors advice and story on 100 % money back guarantees. He said there WILL be people who cheat or keep , copy or steal your stuff but the percentage of people who do business with you because you GIVE a money back guarantee is is way higher !!!!
