I am looking to expand my list of Investors/Buyers/Partners/Networking associates, etc. who have an interest in properties in CT, MA, NJ, RI, PA, VT, NH, ME, NV & NY. I am currently Whloesaling and from time-to-time bird dogging. I have been a member of a local REIA for a little over 5 years and just recently joined another local REIA here in CT.
I am ready to step out of my comfort zone and start assigning contracts. I have a few deals I think we can make some money on quickly, with very motivated sellers. I am always on the "lookout" for any REI's (mostly only DG_family members of course!) that may be willing to Network/Partner/JV/Syndicate/Finance ~ Private or Hard in addition to other sophisticated/advanced and "creative" forms of financing REI's; heck, most anything is negotiable. Did I mention that I have partners in most all states so we can work together if/when you need a remote "connection" (or a simple referral) to help facilitate a "deal?"

Not a bad idea. What I've noticed in general is that people that make it onto this site and make a user name and post are more motivated then some friends you might think are interested or just "playing around" with the idea of actually making deals happen.
I cant tell you how much time I've wasted on people that act like they want to do something but then when the time comes for action the excuses start to flow like a non stop water fall.
Time for action is now, or risk having all this go away in 5 or 6 years when the market goes back and you're stuck with retail prices and too many investors buying up and bidding up all the good deals like in 03-05 before the big crash.
