I'm a new real estate investor from Tacoma/Lakewood, so I'm learning from/with anyone I can. I'm looking for other beginning investors like me.
As you read this, please know that I'm not trying to sell you anything. I'm only looking to network or help someone out.
On the 16-18 of this month (9-5 each day), I'm going to a 3-day real estate training course in Seattle. It's supposedly taught by a pretty knowledgeable & successful investor & he's giving us everything he's learned, packed into those 3 days.
They recommend I bring 1 person (for free), but I'm not close with any real estate professionals at the moment. They're letting me bring someone for free & I don't want to waste it-By not bringing someone or by bringing someone who isn't seriously interested in investing.

Got it. At first I thought from the body of your post that an investor not associated with Dean was offering a free 3 day workshop. But this is actually a DG Profit Now workshop that you are allowed to bring a guest to.
This is an unbelievably great offer folks. If you're up in Seattle you'd be crazy to pass on this opportunity.

I'm updating to let you know: I've already decided who I'm taking to Dean's 3-day training.

I'm writing this after the first day of the 3-day training & I'm pretty sure this is among the best money I've ever spent!
I didn't really have a plan when logging on to write this, but I thought it would be good for everyone to at least hear how it's going. It's incredible & I can't wait for tomorrow!
I just posted this on March 31st & went April 16th-18th. So the infos still fairly fresh with me.
I loved it. I know that top-of-the-line training is expensive but I'm saving & working towards it!

Joey here also and I'm from the Tacoma area. I have been researching allot of REO's and Short Sales and am in the process of building a buyers list and making my notes of what they are looking for. I also found a great Realtor here in this area and she is by far more than I expected when I told her I was a REI and what I was doing. She is so on board especially since the market has been tough for everyone.
