OfflineHi, Everyone of the dg family. I just wanted to say I was asked to provide my sister's son with information about dean, his products, etc. because I thought he would really be interested because his girlfriend works for a title company, and he and his mom, (my vary negative sister) knows I want to persue a stratagy of my own out of one of dean's books to aquire propertie's.
I had no idea he just wanted to look up dirt on dean where some people are using it against him, it was unbelievable seeing a bunch of unsatisfied people raising their complaints about him.
They are negative family members and I will never hear the end of it unless I move back to Sonoma county where I'm considering moving back to.
If you want to know why I came here, (fairfield, ca.)
(I can briefly explain in a PM) I can't be around negative people not even my own family members.
Now, they want to take me to our local Soc. Sec. office to prove to me I cannot purchase a "rent to own" property and perhaps she is right (on SSI money)
I'm pretty sure I can have a temp. stay at my daughter's dad's house in the Sonoma county area. So I will be doing this first before I can think of some other way to get into my own home, as rent here is too high for me.
I for one, believe dean is not a scam artist and I have two of his books so far. I would like to prove to them both how wrong they are given the right time to do that.
Much of that stems from me not ever making anything of myself years ago and they think I will not be able to do this now, no matter what I say about it, they will put it down. By the way, none of them never made any name for themselves either but I would still like to try one or more of these.

All you have to do is read the stories of successful students. There are hundreds out there. People who are at the bottom of their dreams always prefer to blame people like Dean who is at the top of his dreams. I for one can attest to the fact that Dean is the real deal and probably has a heart bigger than anyone in your family...Jan

I agree to Jan. I'm not even a member of the academy that's why it took me a long time to finally do my first deal, but I can prove to any of the negative people that surrounds you that i'm in constant contact with some very very successful DG Students for a possible partnership in some deals. Show them what you got and prove to them that "When it Rains, it Pours". Blessings to all. LA

I know you're right and I do this. I can tell people are not making these up.
I just hate my family to knock a great man that made a tremendous success out
of himself and wants to pass that on to all of us.
Negative as they are, I am not going to allow them to take away what I know is
right for me.
I know a successful person like dean is sincere in wanting to help us all even
if some of us can't be in his success academy or we would not have all we do right here and FREE to use.
I get a lot of tips and motivation reading the posts from all of our DG Family
and the expanded knowledge base he gives us, etc. and his books make sense on
what to do with each stratgy after reading that chapter by giving us the summary, then the doable action itself.
Plus, he is working on other ways to help us achieve. I can't wait to be in on the next phone call from him coming up.
Prove them wrong, stop complaining about them,Its only filling you head with negative thoughts. So stop talking and start doing.

I'm not either a student of dean's success academy and yet, I see so much
that he gives us right here FREE no charge. I'm sure no other would do this
for their students and followers so those of us who KNOW is is not a scam
can relate to these facts in the many video's we can see and the instructions
given in the various books he wrote, illistrating how to do this one or the
other whichever one we want to choose.
I have NEVER been given any book/s like his from anyone else who wrote books on
REI and giving out the detailed instructions to make them happen.
Congratulations to you on your first deal, how exciting you must have been; good
going!
I don't doubt for a moment dean is all he says he is and there are no others like
him I've run across so it's got to be jealousy.
I am commited to keep learning by reading and coming in here to learn, read what other DG family members say and eventually, make my own contribution in here to
help others that need direction on their own journeys.

Yes I agree. I do intend to prove them wrong. I have more reading to get done and what I learn in here helps me stay motivated.

Complaints come from people who are not successful or who haven't tried the methods taught. There are so many people who have been through Dean's program that have had wild successes.
All it takes is to work on some of the basic principles Dean teaches. The process is very simple, and Dean lays it out step by step.
Just put a little time into it, and you'll see the successes too!
Hi, thank you for your reply ghowell, you got that right! None of my family are successful at anything to earn more income and with me, I have for the longest
time been interested in REI it's just I never (till now) have found the right one
and I was beginning to wonder if I ever would, then I saw dean's late night tv show
and was amazed at how this vary successful guy was reaching out to the general public
wanting to help average people like me into a world of rich's and prosperty as all was in the books he wrote so I was tempted and bought two so far, and haven't been disapointed and then THIS FREE SITE with so much information for all of us serious members just for the taking and I'm going "wow" is this for real? Yes he was and is and I would not believe the "naysayer's" no matter how hard they try to discourage me.
Yes I know dean is real and his stratagie's do work as attested by so many of the DG family in here and it's simply great!!
If only my family took the time to come in here, look everything over, etc. fine but no; they were looking for a bad review sorry to say. Well so be it to them, but we know better; it is not my intention to give up.
This site has plenty of helpful people. Just read a lot of the forum posts for a couple days and you will see the extension of knowledge on this website. If you can't find an answer already posted, always feel free to ask and we will help. The one thing that can't be taught is attitude and you already have that. Have a Happy New Year.

A year or so ago, a post came on site about thrashing Dean,s integrity. I feel that people have a right to say and write what they want. If they choose to get themselves into trouble, go right ahead. I have read many web postings, but I make up my own mind based on information. I, as many others have met Dean, and he shared with us his successes and also his challenges. Dean has never thrown in the towel and given up and I am not doing so either. It is up to us to make our dreams and goals, reality. I was not born with a gold spoon in my mouth as many have. We have, as LD says and many others have, separated ourselves from the negative. People who do not have, never wants others to. In order to prove them wrong, we have to prove that we have what it takes to be successful in achieving our goals. Our story tells the story. We could do this. Action is what it takes. If we cannot purchase with a mortgage, we purchase without a mortgage. God Bless.

If they were not, they shouldn't be here right?
This helps us all in further learning and it's greatly appreciated by all thanks to
dean and his staff. If not for him, none of this would be possible so I commend him
for all he does to help us reach our own goals in this business.

Thank You Sandra, I appreciate your comments so uplifting and I know you're
positively right. I want to stay away from any negative influence because I
know they only like to hinder my progress. Crazy how some negative person can
trash someone as real and successful as dean himself or anyone else who has
actually proven to be the complete opposite of their nasty remarks! Anyway,
we know better and all I do is shrug it off and keep going anyway to the
direction this leads me to go because of a vary fine man and his teachings, we
cannot fail as long as we keep applying the steps.
I also was not born with a golden spoon in my mouth either and all my family
were poor but now, I am taking a road that I want to travel on because I know
what's best for me and this is REI and I can realize that dream now because
this great man dean makes it possible for many and here I thought how will I
ever do this when I saw other programs who wanted too much money to begin and
did not give so freely all the links, website, and all the rest, just for free
like that! Amazing.
Congratulations on meeting dean in person and someday, I can see many more making videos on their success and just possibly my own as well.
