Wanted to share that the bandit signs we put out targeting buyers brought us a deal.
We used an agent we had never met to write offers for us. We put out about 30 offers.
Got one under contract...
Then called our buyers list that we built using the Targeted Bandit Sign Technique (we placed our signs near MLS distressed properties).
We double closed the deal with a title company referred to us by our agent. Net profit $5600.
It was well worth the day we put into putting out bandit signs.

Congratulations on your success Nate! I'm currently using bandit signs and they work great! I put them in places like Walmart parking lots by the entrance/exits and other busy areas in my town.
What did you say to your new realtor to get him/her to work with you? I'm having trouble finding the right one..

They work I use them everyday, congrads on your deal. I find hand writen signs perform the best, Yellow 18x24 with black sharpie paint marker, it wont fade, I have signs that have been out over 6 months, you want the lettering to stand up to the elemets.
