Suggest talking with confidence. Tell them you are part of Insider's Edge which nationally we buy & sell all over the country... hundreds of deals per month.
Let them know that if they get you a deal, you will close on it if the deal checks out after inspection period.
RE troubles
Im back. I have gotten responses back, but none will committ. I've reread parts in the book and your response to my post. Im pretty sure that my problem is I am telling them im just starting out. Most don't want to take a chance. With my situation I have to have a RE agent. Any suggesions?
