Can anyone on DG,...refer me to " Good or even Great SEARCH TOOLS " , for me to uncover buyer contact info, given just 1st & last names from the county site.
I'm just getting "reset". I'm waiting 4 the book " 30 Days to RE Cash " to arrive, in the mean time,...I'm building my buyers list.
Google search & Facebook have not provided the " buyer info for contact " that I seek.
Do you have any " search tools " for buyer info ( given just a name ) that I can tap into ?
Thank You,
Mark

Call them and ask what address the tax bill is sent to. If they don't want to give you the street address, you can ask if they can tell you the town. Then you can look up the owner with another people search site like whitepages.com, or peoplesearch.com, or zabasearch.com, etc... and you'll narrow down your search significantly.

Thx, for that tip & the search tools mentioned.
I'm open, receiptive and appreciative of any other tips/ advice / info & resources ,...from you or any other DGer's.

Hey Mark,
I use the PVA website for that information. It also shows you all the properties those people own and you can check out the properties. This gives you some understanding what the buyer is looking for.
Jump on it!
Thomas
PVA ?,...please provide the link. Thx
Mark
PVA stands for Property Valuation Administrator, he or she is a county employee. You have to google the website.
Thomas
It seems to be different from the county data website. Will try it myself.
www.tw4homes.com website
https://tvallc.isrefer.com/go/RehabLite/reigirl/ FREE SOFTWARE FOR WHOLESALERS, REHABBERS AND AGENTS! Present professional looking deals to buyers and lenders as well as run your numbers and get the ROI.
I go to the property appraiser's site and search the property address to get the name on record (which you said you have), then I do a county search for that name so I can see all the properties that name owns in the county. On the appraiser's property info page is the property address and the owner's address. You can contact them from there. IF that is not an option in your county, you'd best go to the taxing authority (as mentioned before) and do a search of the property to see where the tax bill is being sent to. I use www. netronline. com for the tax info.
Hope this helps...

I've never heard of the phrase PVA. I guess the 'PVA' is similar to the county Tax Assessor's website; maybe it is called something else in your state. But that is where I also go to find the owner, even if it is REO it will list the bank that now owns the property.
A great link for everyone (nationwide) for finding your County Tax Assessor's office (website) is www.netronline.com. From the menu bar at the top of that page, select PUBLIC RECORDS ONLINE. Then choose your State from the map. Select the County where the property is located from the list on the left-hand margin. At this point the process will vary by State and County, but basically you need to find a link to RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY appraisals or information for that particular county. ENTER the property address, and viola, you should be able to determine WHO the current owner is, and WHERE they are having the property tax bill sent. THIS IS WHERE THE OWNER CAN BE CONTACTED BY YOUR MARKETING CAMPAIGN OR DIRECT MAIL. You can also then x-ref this address (as noted above by others) for possible phone contact numbers, if you want to give them a call.
Good luck everyone; and remember that link: www.netronline.com (VALID NATIONWIDE!!!).

Thx, for your reply. When you speak of " pva is that Tax Assessor orcounty court house and looking up the records" , specifically,.....what court ( state superior or county ) , what room name or records name , what file re: the property and what am I looking for that'll lead me to the buyer's contact info ??
Thank You,
Mark
Hey Mark,
I'm in Kentucky and I know what all that stuff is called here, it might have a different name where you are. The best I can come up with to help you, is giving you the URL for Lexington, Kentucky. Play with it, that way you know what exactly you are looking for in your county. You can use Cooper Drive as an address example.
Have fun with it and I hope you all have got something just as great.
