OfflineOK I did what the book stated,I started up the web sites, I made up the flyers I am all ready to go EXCEPT where do I go?? When I posted on craigslist trying to get a buyers list in order all I got back were responses asking me if "I needed Money" or "Did I need a Job" the best one was "Do you need a life's coach". So what is with all of these responses. Am I suppose to do aomething with them aside from throwing them out?
What is my VERY FIRST STEP.....Is it to find the property or develop a buyers listing. I seem to be spinning my wheels. My main objective to assign contracts and develop some working capital but somehow I seem to missing something. If you can help please respond I am sure I am not the only one in this boat. At least I hope I am not.

It is always my suggestion to those who don’t have investment capital of their own to build their buyers list. Bright yellow bandit signs that are hand written in permanent black marker work the best. Then do research in your area to locate the spots that will give you the best exposure. Also ads on Craigslist work well. When posting on Craigslist list, remember to keep your posting fresh by updating it about every other day. That way it stays at the top and is easily viewed by a large number of people
