Check the forums - there's lots of the info you need. For example - the link below -also if you search "Jeff Jensen" you'll get a link to a conversation with Jeff and Dean which hits this subject as well.
My partner attended an auction today and try to rub elbows with the buyers. He ended up talking to one of the buyers and sold one of our properties. Auctions is one great strategy in finding buyers. Just talk to them, tell them what you do and ask if you can add them to your buyers list. Blessings to all. LA

Place ads on craigslist is another way to find buyers. Take the time to qualify your investors -- find out what they want in a property and make sure they are not window shoppers.

I did not see this metioned above so I hope I did not over look it. One way I like to find potential buyers is just doing a simple internet search for buyers. Go to whatever search engine you use and type in I buy houses cash in (your location). Play with the wording a bit also, like I buy homes cash, I buy ugly house cash, ect. This is a simpel way to find buyers pretty quickly.

I did not see this metioned above so I hope I did not over look it. One way I like to find potential buyers is just doing a simple internet search for buyers. Go to whatever search engine you use and type in I buy houses cash in (your location). Play with the wording a bit also, like I buy homes cash, I buy ugly house cash, ect. This is a simpel way to find buyers pretty quickly.
