OfflineI've read 2 of Dean's books: "Be a Real Estate Millionaire" and "Profit from Real Estate Right Now" and I'm about a third of the way through his newest book: "Your Town Your Real Estate Profits". In all of his books he emphasizes the importance of building Buyers and Sellers lists.... In my opinion from the material I've read, the Buyer's List is the most important to get first and I'm trying to build that list; however, I'm not having much luck... I have very little money left over every month and very little to invest in to belonging to an investor groups so where and how can I begin to build this list???

I am struggling myself, but I have been here for about 1 and 1/2 years now. I have a small list myself, but what I found out over time that there many buyers here, there are Real Estate Agents, Brokers, and some Investors as well. It took me time of reading what othere have to say. Let me tell you there is a tremendous amount of Helpful people Right HERE!!!! Read what people say here, look to the Left to find resources, and be patient. Also go to the search bar and put in Buyers List and you will see what has be posted here, I am sure you will find many answers. Keep the Faith!!!!!!!

Great advice yer give'n blnc. I too have been here for awhile and am also having a difficult time building my buyers list, but why, did I never think of putting out the word here on the Dean Graziosi web-site was just never a thought that occurred to me.
Would anybody here know of any good sites, I could find any Probates or tax sales information on ?
There is a thread on here by one of Dean,s coaches, something like 100 places and ways to build your buyers. list. If you enter buyers list under Deans chin and push enter, you should be able to find it there. ALL the info you need is there, just up to you to take action and sound professional when you contact potential buyers.

"building buyers list" in the top left search box and you will find the info there.

Dino if you check your county clerks office you can get information about tax sales they have to post them,usually 30 days in advance. Most county clerks offices have websites check on line for yours.

Well, It's been a while since I've posted... So I've been busy reading as much as I can get my hands on Real Estate related. I've also joined the local Real Estate Association and have attended the Real Estate Club here in Phoenix. I have met several people and have received a lot of great information. I'm hoping to find someone that is willing to mentor me. I realize the Dean has the success academy as well as other individuals that offer "coaching", but everyone charges a price for their help. Honestly, if I had the money to pay for their coaching - even if its only $500, I would. Unfortunately, I have been out of work for almost 4 years now and have spent most of my savings - so I don't have any extra to spend. I have no problem splitting the deals with my mentor to pay them for their time. Does anyone have any ideas????
