I have the COA Network and my voice on scripts, STINKS!
I have looked into Voice Talent services and they are expensive.
It tried Craigslist. I got a few. Nobody great, although one may cut it if I cannot find a person to read my scripts.
I have did searches using script readers and the searches turn up screen play readers.
I have searched using keywords "Business Script Readers"
I am not getting anywhere, too fast. I want to find someone to record Dean's Foreclosure message plus the Real Estate Investor soliciting message. There is a guy Tony on this website that has his Foreclosure message recorded. Problem is he says Stop Foreclosure. In Massachusetts this is not legal. You can get into trouble saying "I Stop Foreclosures or Stop Foreclosure"
Also Tony's message does not instruct the caller to press the # key to leave a message.
Anyone know where to find a business script reader for a reasonable price?
What are you going to do when you actually have to talk to a seller?
How are you going to know if they have a deal worth pursuing?
If they have a deal, what are you going to do with it?
To me , the only reason to have a pre recorded message would be that I am so busy talking to people, making offers, evaluating properties that I am just too busy to answer the phone.
Which do you prefer when you make a call, talking to a human or listening to a script? If you must do a script (avoid talking to sellers) make it short, Not the 5 minute thing.
This business is all about building relationships. Person to person communication. I would NOT let any of my precious leads go to a recording. But, to each there own!

Put out bandit signs, get sellers to call.
Use this, www.deangraziosi.com/leadsheet
Talk to every seller, don't use some dumb pre recorded message.
People do business with people, not computers and recordings.
When I call to pay any of my bills I hit the 0 key about ten times to skip to a live customer service rep, not some cheesy computer.
Do you want to be known and trusted in your market?
Don't use a computer to do the work you can do.

Once again, I agree with Michael & he's dead on.
I think Once you get busy enough, you could use a service like that.
Although my mentor recommends & he used "answer 1st communications"
I had this service in the beginning when I was getting started & had to cancel it as I felt I should be talking my calls.
I had them doing a 15 question script to get all the info on the H.O. & the property, then it gets emailed to you, so you can see if it's a lead to pursue.

If some one will sit thru a five minute phone message, they are probably pretty motivated to find a solution to their problem. That being said, you can check your local theater groups or colleges for some good voices that could use a couple of bucks on the side and won't charge you and arm and a leg. Initially some people are reluctant and embarrassed to speak to someone about their situation hence the popularity of the 24 hour recorded message. It is part of the automated foreclosure finder and just another method of marketing. As Dean said, it works for you 24 hours a day.
