Did anyone receive the DVD's promised from signing up to the IE??

No, but I hope they come soon. Anxious to get started on them.

Since Dean said we have access to those programs immediately after signing up I assumed it would be on line.

All of the products are online. The only thing that you will recive in the mail is your membership card. Matt's system will be added to your account in the next 30 days.

Hi everyone...
First time here...I just wanted to say Hi to all...and the very best to everyone. So i am new at this and although i haven't tried Dean's system yet, despite having the book, i plan to this week...I'm going on a leap of faith. The question, i had was, in one of the techniques that i plan to use from Dean's book, is finding properties and assigning them for a quick finders fee profit. However, one of the contract does say assign, but that one is for the person you are going to assign it to, usually a buyer/investor. But what i want to know is, which is the contract that you use deal with the seller? I do see the contract's on Dean's website, but the contract that is suppose to be for the buyer (me in this case) and the seller, I didn't see the word Assign...so that i can lock the deal and be able to assign it to someone else. Its the actual word "Assign" within the contract is what i'm looking for, so that the Seller knows that legally i can assign it to someone else.
Can anyone help me with this area. I will appreciate it very much

I believe they are adding Matt's system to the website. As for the credit thing, I'm not sure how we'll receive that.

You need to post your own thread if you have a separate question from the original post. But I will answer your question anyways.

Assignments work like this:

A --> B --> C

A = Seller
B = You
C = Ca$h Buyer

A and B are locked up using a Purchase Agreement.
B and C are locked up using an Assignment of Contract.

To make your Purchase Agreement assignable, all you need to do is put "and/or assigns" right after your name on the same line. So in my case it would be "Dominic Errichiello and/or assigns" on the line.
