Hoping to offer low to mid 30K on a house around 68k. Checking on comps today for sure, because houses have a wide range on just one street as it is in a small town. Need better info.

I also on Monday, told a realtor (that I'm trying out)to check on about 25 properties, and if they were still available to put in 50% verbal offers !!
Yikes !! Dean's blog this week said that would "p-ss" them off ! Too late for that now..She didn't sound disagreeable but, havn't heard anything from her yet...Maybe i scared her ! ha ! Guess this will be her first test huh ?
Told her to let me know if and when she needed POF letters, and EM deposits.
So...I'll be doing crossies for both of us.
I have read so many of your posts on this site, and have enjoyed all your helpful comments and info.

thanks so much. I hope it works for both of us! Curtis I am not sure on the numbers yet, but even a few thousand will be nice. These house came via my bandit signs. Yes, they work! I also found a new realtor and she seems eager to help and is sending me Comps for this house today.

And Angie I was on my iphone and forgot to say thank you for the nice comments as well. Lenee we are probably going to assign this one and it has supposedly good tenants. Also there is another neat tidbit that I will reveal soon, as the relative is someone that is somewhat famous. Just found that out after talking to the buyer again this morning.
