No one wants to sign the NCDs.
I guess they are not real buyers just Co. that are looking to sign me up. (Get it under contract for sale.

Any way I am not done trying!

You find out who the real players are REAL FAST when you ask them to produce REAL POF!! We don't mind people bring in buyers(that is what we all do) They just have to have them LINED up BEFORE contracts are signed. Saves a lot of wasted time dealing with BSers!!

This one is not available. I have decided to take it down myself. Got a private money equity partner. 60/40 split on the cash flow. I get 20% of the selling price. We are looking to cash flow 5 years and then sell. Beats the heck out of 50 SFH rentals!!! PLUS I will have a spot to park the RV and dock my boat in Florida.

More of these deals to come so keep your eyes open for real buyers. Don't feel bad, NO ONE from this site was able to produce a buyer with POF.
One new investor here did find a buyer with a $1,100,000 bank statement.
