Way to go on your first deal. Craiglist was how I found my buyer for my first deal as well and I am hoping it helps me for my second deal as too. I Wish I had a local mentor, but since I don't, I like to think of the people on DG as my global mentors.

So true. You will have highs and lows in real estate. Some deals will work and some will fail.
The ones that fail are leading you closer to the ones that don't, so don't let anything hold you back from continuing to move forward.
