Congrats on your deal. Got to love real estate! You made a huge difference in someones life and you got to make good money at the same time. Now if we can just get uncle sam to see that we are the good guys that would be great cause we need less restrictions from them. Keep up the great work.

It was really great to meet you and Roberta at the edge. I really loved hearing about your deal you closed, i'm so excited for you guys on that one.

Also thank you for the leads on doing those speaking engagements. I'd love to see if I can set up a few of them this year and put a presentation together that will really help younger guy thinkers see the bigger picture and choose to invest like we do.

Just finished up with the numbers and talking to the new owners. The new owners love the place and the kids are going crazy over all the extra room. As for the numbers we each have to pay one more month on a line of credit because the bank held the funds for 7 days. Now go get some

It was great seeing you again at the edge. You looked great and I am proud of what you have over come. This is my year and I would look like im 30 at next years edge. Roberta and I have it in out business day to do 1 hour in the am (workout) and cut down on the size of the meals... I hope I can do another training next year to help others get that first deal done. I went on Zillow, search for properties in my adopted home Poughkeepsie, came across home, 4 bd,1 ba. Under property mgr who emailed me to make a $60K offfer. It is listed at 69K. He says its t shoe in to get student tenents and he will help with management.He said I simply need POF to secure it. I am on opposite side of the Country right now and don't anticipate ability to see ppty for another month. Besides getting comps on my own, what else can I do? You could pay for someone to go do a BPO and tell you with pics what it is worth now and after repairs. We just did one on two homes we are closing on and it saves time money and energy. Just make sure you have a team in place before you buy the project. Good luck..
