It sounds like congrats are in order, but I am not understanding your explanation of what you did. Please expand on this.

I'm sorry if you open the PDF you will see that the team was marketing the property at $16,500. I thought that it was to high because we just sold a deal at like 11k not far away but it was a 2br so I told them we should market it at 13k it will sell fast. Well it took just about a week past our contract and instead of us double closing at 13k we took an assignment for $4,800 or so which you can see the check if you open the file. I told the team that I hope they learned a lesson.
hey Steve !! I used to drive for jb us xpress werner so i have been there my friend. man if i had known then what i know now about real estate (dean where were you when i needed you lol) oh my gosh i would be so wealthy. now you can have virtual assistants a personal assistant and interns doing the work to help you. so i could be driving my truck and talking on my cell making deals all from the cab of my mobile office... so i don't drive anymore. i don't even have a cdl.
dispatcher says "we just don't have any freight in that area" i would be like "ok i just made $4800 at home".. lol.....

I had opened the attachments but was still confused. So, you got it under contract for $6,500 and then assigned it for $4800, so it actually sold for $11,300?
