Amazing story and I am happy for you that you were rewarded for doing what so many people hesitate to do...simply taking action. Being fairly new to this site and even more so as a Success Academy student, it's truly stories like this that provide much-needed inspiration and fuel to get me out there taking action to get done that which needs to be done. I’m currently serving in the military and move more often than most. Therefore, I have many doubts and concerns as to why I shouldn’t be able to achieve the accomplishments that so many investors on this site achieve. However, because there are successful, action-taking investors on DG.com such as yourself, I quickly remember that anything is possible and mistakes are just a part of the territory (and a minor one at that). Thanks for sharing Jay and I wish you the best of luck!

just had to share that with you all.i know many on here that is taking action can attest to the SO CALLED LUCK .yeah it is AMAZING the opportunities that fall in your lap when you just start to do something after reading deans books.I hope this post shows more people that these deals do come at you when you get in the game.I am not saying that there is no hard work but yes you can do it and some unseen help will guide you as you learn rei if you JUST TAKE ACTION !!!

tammy: i have to wait for the children to move all belongings out then i have to move it off the lot !! It is a few hrs away from my house so i am going to have to find a lot to move it to there or sell it before then or maybe give it to my brother or another family in need or not sure at this point still shocked she gave it to me !!!

i have not moved this mobile home as of yet because the family has not gotten all their belongings out yet and i am not going to push them as this is free!!! will just wait and keep this on the back burner but i still go by and check every so often and called to tell her to just call me when i can get this home off her mind !!!
take action every day no matter how big or small and amzing things will happen ...i promise !!!

I just acquired another free mobile home the other day. This person just wanted it off there a lot so I kindly referred some people that I knew to call this person and get it off the lot for free. So one of my customers got a free mobile home because of my connections. See so this can work in your favor to create great relationships with your customers and they will in turn tell many others to come see you for good advice good deals and good relationships.
