Did you start a journal? If so where is it? If not than why not?
Tell us about the weather there also. Good info to put in your journal. i bet it's really cold. I'm from Texas, M and anything below 60 is to cold for me. I am currently in Tucson and it has been in the lowers 50s in the am recently and it's killing me. I can't wait for March, even better May.

Hey man I am in Dallas for now. Was in the Springs at Ft Carson for 6yrs. I am doing ok as far as real estate in the DFW. I want to get back out that way soon. Hey what's going on man. Sorry for taking so long to reply. I've signed up for the success academy recently and have been focusing real hard on getting some things rolling. For some reason I don't get a notice letting me know someone has wrote on my guestbook. Anyway, how's Dallas treating you these days? CO has been going through some crazy weather I'm sure you've heard. I've just been taking the small action steps to getting my investing career up off the ground. Got a few buyers on my list. And I'm thinking about signing up with a local REI club. How are you doing with your real estate investing? Saw a post of yours on the weekly blog. I want 2010 to be my year to officially become a REI also. We have to do more than Want. We need to make it a goal and then believe in it, and make it happen. Set some goals, start a journal M, check yourself and make it happen.
