I just closed my 17th deal in two yrs after joining the success academy !!
I am super pumped to tell you that all the free knowledge on here,the success academy deans books and programs including the set for life is what I dedicate to using thus far.i Am not posting to brag by any means!!! I am just proving that someone with a FULLLLLLLL time job can make this work if YOU r willing to put forth the FOCUS,DRIVE AND DETERMINATION to make your life what you want and DESERVE it to be !!!! I am also super pumped to be attending the edge 2011 coming up fast in may.I hope to network with many past and present dgers.IF you see me there...come up and introduce yourself and lets sit down and talk about how we can make some win/win situations.
If You need inspiration then stay right hete on dg......if you need knowledge then join the academy or find a mentor.....or keep studying here.butttttt PLEASE TAKE ACTION WITH WHAT YOU ATE LEARNING!!!.........dont be a life long learner and not put to use the AMAZING knowledge that is at your fingertips........

Hello Jay,
That's awesome! I just received Dean's books and can not put them down! I am a realtor looking to get into the investing side of the game. I would love to go to the convention this may but time and money is an issue right now! How did you get started? Did you have money in the beginning? I'm just wondering if I can really do this starting out with little or no money?

I got started by reading deans books then using my credit cards to fund a deal then getting a loan to pay it off.I dont want to say use your cards unless you know you can handle them in a good debt way.I just took a risk at first and it worked out.if you have read deans books then you know you do NOT NEED $$$ to make a deal at least not YOUR $$$$$$.there are many ways to do a no money down deal so I am here to say yes I have done many NO DOWN MONEY deals ...just not MY MONEY and I have used the banks money,investors money,families money,NO MONEY TO DO A DEAL. The secret to a no money down deal is to find a VERY MOTIVATED SELLER .....in fact all the VERY MOTIVATED SELLERS u can find and NEGOTIATE to get it locked up on contract to assign,sell or buy with NONE of YOUR money....heck I have SOLD property For O down myself so I KNOW these deals are out there.good luck and keep studying !!!

Yes I would recommend posting that you r looking for a roommate to cut costs.also recommend networking till 4am leaving you 1_2 hrs sleep...so u may use a stretch chair by the pool .....lol just kidding ....a post to garner interest may help !!

Exactly right!! Just do it.the first and formost advice is to form the HABIT of studying on this site and or the academy.read books,find a mentor,join a rei club JUST DO SOMETHING REI EVERY DAY and the habit WILL form ....IT HAS TOO IF YOU keep it alive.ANYONE can do it if you WANT it bad enough.

i have a verbal offer to buy my mobile home lot . and this would make deal # 18 if it pans out.this rei thing can work for you if you NEVER give up and stay PERSISTENT, and keep your FOCUS on making it happen,Be determined to make deal # 1 ....then you will be AMAZED at how things fall into place after you get the rei bug of deal # 1.PLEEEEEEASEE do not give up on yourself and give up because it can and WILL happen if you do not say I GIVE UP !!!

Whats a great way to approach a bank about a REO property.

just call them and ask for the dept that handles reo's.write down their email and be sure to note their names for future calls.I would suggest some research on this site from indiana joe as he has experience in this subject you will want to study.He is awesome on this subject !!
