Nice work and how exciting!!

Wanted to put in a BIG CONGRATS!!!!! on that. Although we havent closed our first deal yet...I strongly belieive its only a matter of days. I currently have a wholesale rehab property under contract and we have faced quite a few obstacles, and negativity that seems to keep surrounding us. But logging in and reading, experincing. Being part of eveyone elses success...has been very motivational for my husband and I. We will close this contract and move to our 2nd and then some. We have read alot about the Edge and Although we wont be attending this one...Are looking forward to climbing and putting ourselves in the position that we will be able to attend....the next one! Thx to everyone for sharing...It really does help the Shaking ones Stand Stable!!!!

Like joe says if you BELIEVE you can achieve and that is what is need for a state of mind....along with the action you are taking.I am SURE it will happen for you being you are making it a focus!!! I may not have explained it clearlY.I bought this property for a total of approx 6800 with back taxes anne fees and paying off a Lein the owner had....see my post on mobile home with lot and garage......... I am saying the buyer who is buying this from me basically got this for no money down because he took posession of it by working on it and cleaning it a Mnth before he gave me 400 as option money for a sale...lease option sale.....then 400 per Mnth at 9% for 6 yrs.........I ALSO have sold another vacant property for no money down and the buyer just had to start making payment with interest to me.I just want people to know there r sellers out there that r willing to give u a no money down deal! !!!!!! They r out there.....u just have to find them
